Description and Function

Product
The product is an energy-saving LED magnifying lamp for illuminating work areas and magnifying details. It is ergonomically shaped, variably adjustable, and space-saving.

• Standard glass lens (incl. protective cap) with 3 diopters and 1.75x magnification
• 100 mm magnifier diameter with uniform LED ring illumination

Intended Use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in chapter “Description and Function” or in the “Safety Instructions.” Use the product only in dry interior rooms. Not attending to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and
property.

IP20 : This product is protected against medium-sized foreign objects but not against water ingress.

Preparation

Connection and Operation

WARNING!
Risk of injury from stumbling and falling.

CAUTION!

• Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the device.
• Only connect the device to a properly grounded socket.
• Do not use extension cords or multi-plug adapters.
• Unplug the device during thunderstorms or extended periods of non-use.

Dimmability (65576)
The lamp is dimmable. Adjust the brightness using the touch dimmer (number 10) on the lamp.

Replacing the Light Source
The light source is not replaceable as it is permanently installed in the lamp.

Removing and Replacing the Magnifying Lens (65576)
To remove and replace the magnifying lens:

1. Switch off the magnifying lamp.
2. Position the lamp horizontally with the cover flap (1) facing upwards.
3. Unscrew the fixed fixing ring (3).
4. Remove the magnifying lens (4).
5. Insert the new magnifying lens and screw the fixed fixing ring (3) to secure the lens.

Maintenance, Care, Storage, and Transport
The product is maintenance-free.

Blinding

• Never look directly into the light source.

The eyes can be damaged

• Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight, microwaves, vibrations and mechanical pressure.
• Only use in dry ambience.
• Install the system and devices attached to it in a way that persons cannot be injured, or objects not be damaged for example by dropping or stumbling.
• Only use the table stand on surfaces that are stable, slip-resistant and horizontal.

Voltage-free only with pulled plug.

• In case of emergency, after use and during a thunderstorm, pull the mains plug out of the socket directly at the plug housing.
• Switch the light off after doing any work on the product and unplug the power cord.

NOTICE:  Material damage

• Mount and dismount the product carefully.
• Keep enough space around the product to ensure good ventilation and mobility.

1.  Before each use, check that the lamp is securely fastened.
2.  Hold the table clamp securely with one hand and align the lamp with the other hand.
3.  Switch the lamp on or off using the ON/OFF switch (9).

Dimmability (65576)
The magnifying lamp has a touch sensor that adjusts the brightness within 5 brightness levels.

• To increase the brightness, press the touch sensor (A) until you reach the desired brightness.
• To darken, press the touch sensor (B) until you have reached the desired brightness.

Replacing the lamps
The lamps are permanently installed and cannot be replaced.

Removing and replacing the magnifying lens (65576)
The magnifying lens is replaceable and can be removed if broken or for transport.

1.  Switch off the magnifying lamp.

2. Adjust the lamp horizontally.

3.  Turn the fixing ring (2) counterclockwise with both hands to loosen the lens.

4.  Remove the old magnifying lens (4).

5.  Insert a new magnifying lens (4).

6. Turn the fixing ring (2) clockwise with both hands to fix the lens.

Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transportation

The product is maintenance-free.

NOTICE : Material damage

• Be careful to avoid scratches.
• Switch the product off and unplug it from the mains before each cleaning.
• Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
• Do not use detergents or chemicals.
• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protected ambience when not in use.
• Store cool and dry.
• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
