Introduction description

Universal handheld image 2D barcode scanner adopts the international advanced image transmission technology, with two-way communication and instant error correction feedback, to complete a variety of commonly used one-dimensional codes and two-dimensional code reading. Equipped with auxiliary illumination, it can be used in different lighting environments and can also be used at night, which is highly applicable. 360 ° read barcodes in any direction, faster reading and more efficient operation, suitable for commercial POS systems, supermarkets, warehousing and logistics, books, banking, transportation, postal, industrial, manufacturing production process management and other fields.

Product Features

  1. This product adopts a CMOS camera module, which can identify 1D/2D code and screen code.
  2. Reading distance up to 20cm, which can quickly read out the information in the bar code.
  3. This product is equipped with an inventory function that can directly carry out some simple daily inventory work.
  4. All parameter settings can be completed by scanning the setting code and saved in the memory of the barcode scanner, the inventory content and parameter settings can still be retained after the power is turned off.
  5. This product is equipped with a one-key pairing function, a simple and fast to complete the pairing of transmit/receive (This product has been paired at the factory).
  6. Long distance transmission, 100 meters transmission distance in an open area (Indoor transmission distance of about 20-30 meters according to different structures and environment).

Installation method of receiver

  1. Plug the wireless receiver into the USB port of the computer.
  2. After the wireless receiver is plugged into the computer, the system will automatically install the driver (if the driver installation fails, please unplug the receiver or restart the computer).
  3. Once the driver is installed, the receiver can transmit data with the paired scanner.

Data output encode format
Users can set the output format of the reading module by scanning the following setting codes so that the host can output Chinese data according to the specified encoding format.
Note: GbK format is used for Notepad, and UNICODE format is used for Word and common chat tool input boxes.

Note

  1. Normal Mode: the scan result will be uploaded to the computer in time (Default mode).
  2. Inventory Mode: the scan result will be stored in the internal memory in this mode (when the internal memory is used up, the buzzer will “long beep” as a reminder).
  3. Data lossless mode: the scan results will be uploaded to the computer in time when there is a signal, and the scan result will be stored in the internal memory when the signal is weak or no signal, and it will be automatically uploaded to a computer when it has a signal.
  4. Data Upload: Scan the barcode to upload the data stored in the internal memory to the computer in turn (Suit for inventory mode and data lossless mode, please ensure the wireless signal is normal when uploading data, the buzzer will “beep” twice when the data is uploaded successfully when the data is upload failure, the buzzer will “beep” 3 times).
  5. Total number of data: Scanning this barcode will display the total number of stored data (suited for inventory mode).
  6. Clear Data: Scan this barcode to clear all data in the internal memory

Pairing Parameter Setting

Scan the“One-click pairing” setting code first and plug the receiver into the USB port of the computer after hearing the buzzer “beep” 3 times.
Note : After the pairing is successful, the scanner’s buzzer will “beep” 3 times and disappear. The whole step will completed within 30 seconds.)

Device transfer error

| Turn off the device power, properly connect the device to the scanner, turn on the device power, restore the scanner parameters to the factory setting state and re-scan the code

Simple maintenance method

  1. Stains and dust on the scanning window will affect the scanner’s work sometimes. It should use a good quality facial tissue and gently wipe it when cleaning.
  2. Then blow it clean with a blowing balloon. If you wipe with poor paper for a long time, it will damage the surface finish of the scanning window and affect the reading effect of the scanner.
  3. The scanner housing can be wiped with a soft clean cloth. If needed, add a small amount of dish soap to the water and wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in water.
