Installation of the water connections

If require, mount TPV connector

The components to be filled are then connected to the quick-release fasteners. This is an example configuration.

Fill coolant

Do not operate the Filling Station without coolant!

Check minimum filling level

Watch the fill level and refill with coolant if necessary.

Connect to the power source

The Filling Station starts as soon as it is connected to the power supply and the powerbutton is pressed. A second press on the powerbutton interrupts the power supply.

Open service flap, if necessary

All maintenance work must be carried out by qualified personnel only.

Change fuel filter

Previously drain water from the device.

Error messages and fault corrections

The pumps makesnoticeable noises?
Fault Cause
There are air bubbles in the system and/or cooling liquid is missing.
Approach
Open the fillport, refill with coolant if necessary. Observe the minimum filling level.
The system does not pump water?
Fault Cause
One or both pumps is defective and/or the current supply is not present.
Approach
Check the pump by a qualified technician and/or get the pump or pumps exchanged and/or check the plug connections and power supply unit, replace if necessary.
Water leaks from the system?
Fault Cause
The connections and/or the hoses are incorrectly mounted and/or defective.
Approach
Switch off the device, check the connections and/or the hoses, tighten if necessary or get the parts exchanged .
The Filling Station does not start?
Fault Cause
The power supply is defective and/or the power plug is not connected properly.
Approach
Replace the power supply and/or check the current supply.
