in this manual before installing or using the product. Keep this manual for

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products. Customer must be able to show
proof of purchase when claiming warranty. Product defects must be reported to
us within 2 years from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty
does not apply: for damage caused by improper use or repair; for parts
subject to wear and tear; for defects known to the customer at the time of
purchase; for defects caused by the customer’s own fault, for damage caused by
third parties.

1.1 Intended use
The intended use of a kitchen mixer with a power of 1800W is to make various
kitchen chores easier and more efficient. Kitchen mixers are versatile
appliances used for mixing, whisking, kneading and blending ingredients when
preparing various dishes and baked goods.
The supplier is released from liability for any injury or damage caused by
using the product beyond its intended use. Any modification of the product may
affect your safety and warranty.

1.5 Contents of package
When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with
the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the
equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and
notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage.
Save the damaged parts and packing container to substantiate your claim.

Before use, read the manual and safety information carefully. The supplier is
not responsible for failure to follow the safety information on the use and
handling of the product or damage to property or personal injury.
Always observe the following precautions when using ‘the Stand mixer’,
hereinafter referred to as ‘the product’.
2.1 General
- Before first use, remove all packaging material and any stickers.
- Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with improper use of the product. Misuse of the product may result in personal injury and damage to the product.
- Do not disassemble, repair or restore the product. Doing so may cause damage to the product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel. Always send the product to a service center for repairs to prevent damage and personal injury.
- Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
- Do not use accessories not offered by the supplier. They may pose a danger to the user and damage the product.
- Before each use, check the parts and accessories for any damage or wear (cracks/ breakage) that may adversely affect performance and, if so, replace them with original or manufacturer-recommended parts and accessories.
- If the product is malfunctioning, dropped or damaged, do not use the product and consult our customer service.
- If this is your first time using the product, it is important to read the manual and instructions carefully.
- Keep the product away from heat, areas where the temperature is relatively high and heat sources such as ovens.
- The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use the product for commercial purposes.
- Do not insert objects into the openings of the product. Make sure that the moving parts are not blocked and that nothing is trapped.
- The product is suitable for indoor use only. Do not use the product outdoors.
Doing so may result in damage to the product.
2.2 Persons
- The product must not be used by children. Use of the product is allowed only when a supervisor is present, responsible for the safety of the user.
- The product must not be used by people with physical or mental disabilities. Use of the product is allowed only when a supervisor is present, who is responsible for the safety of the user.
- Keep the product and cord out of the reach of children.
- To avoid electric shock, do not allow pets or small children to chew on the power cord.
- Do not allow children to play with the product. Use and store the product out of the reach of children.
2.3 Use
- Do not use the product near a bathtub, shower, swimming pool, or near a (washing) tub filled with water. Do not touch the product and power cord with wet hands. Do not allow the product to come into contact with water. Do not immerse the product in water. If water does get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
- Never leave the product unattended when in use.
- Always place the product on a horizontal, level, stable and non-flammable surface.
- The product is only suitable for mixing food. Do not use the product to mix other things. Do not insert objects into the rotating parts when the product is on.
- Keep your fingers and hair away from the rotating parts when the product is on.
This may cause personal injury.
2.4 Electrical
- If the power fails during use, turn off the product immediately and unplug the product.
- If the surface of the product is cracked, turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
- Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear, and if there is any, do not use the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by authorized service personnel.
- Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
- Use and store the product so that the cables cannot be damaged.
- To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug should be repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
- Unplug and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
- Do not unplug the product by pulling the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
- If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug the product immediately. Wait until the smoke is gone before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer service department.
- Do not leave the cable(s) hanging over the edge of a table or countertop.
- Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.
- Do not tuck the cable(s) under rugs or blankets. Never lay the cable(s) in a walkway.
- Do not move the product by pulling the cord or twist the cord.
- Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate matches that of your mains supply.
- Make sure that you do not trip over the cable(s) and that the cable(s) are not kinked, twisted, or stuck.
- Do not leave the product unattended when in use. When not in use, turn the product off and unplug it from the wall outlet.
- The product should only be plugged into a grounded 220-240V~ outlet.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3.1 Before first use
- Before use, wash the accessories with clean water, rinse and dry them.
- Place the product on a flat, clean and dry table.
3.2 Assembly
- Gently push up the head of the product while pushing down the locking button, as shown in image A. The head will rise.
- Mount the splash guard on the head, as shown in image B.
- Weigh the food and liquid to be processed and combine them in the mixing bowl, as shown in image C.
- Then mount the mixing bowl on the product by turning it clockwise until the bowl is locked in place, as shown in image C.
- Mount the desired attachment onto the shaft of the head, as shown in image D.
- Gently push the attachment up and turn it a quarter turn counterclockwise to the locking position, as shown in image E.
- Gently push the head down. The locking knob will automatically lock sight by moving to the horizontal position, as shown in image F.
3.3 How to use
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the product by pressing on/off.
- Press ‘+’ and ‘-’ to select the desired speed setting.
- Press ‘Set’ to set the timer.
- Press ‘+’ and ‘-’ to set the desired time. Briefly press ‘+’ to add 5 seconds to the timer and repeat. Press and hold ‘+’ to add time per minute. Briefly press ‘-’ button to shorten timer by 5 seconds and repeat. Press and hold ‘-’ to shorten timer by minute.
- Press ‘Start/Pause’ button to start.
- The product will stop working once the timer expires. If you want to stop in between press ‘Start/Pause’.
• Turn off and unplug the product before changing attachments, accessing parts that move during use, when cleaning or when storing.
• The power button on the control panel flashes in standby mode.
• In standby mode or if there has been no activity for 1 minute, the control panel dims and switches to sleep mode.
• Press the power button to wake the product from sleep mode. The control panel then lights up and goes into standby mode.
3.4 Suggestions

Whisk| 8-10| For anything that needs airy mixing. Making dips and mayonnaise,
beating eggs, stiffening whipped cream and mousse or making sponge cake
batter. Do not use the whisk for batter with (a lot of) butter and for at
least 3 egg whites.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Cause | Solution |
---|
Product suddenly
stops working during
operation.| The product may be running too long or the ambient temperature
may be too high, causing the product’s motor temperature to become too high.
The product starts the overheat protection program/ automatic shutdown.| Turn
the product off. Unplug the
product and wait for it to return to
room temperature. Generally, after
15-30 minutes, the product has
cooled down and can be started
again.
Excessive noise when the product is running.| The product makes more noise in
high gear than in low gear.| Choose the appropriate gear to stir food
according to the recommendations in the manual.
The amount of ingredients is too large, causing the product to overload.|
Reduce the amount of ingredients.
The voltage is unstable.| If the voltage is unstable, wait for the voltage to
stabilize before use.
The product is spinning for a long time.| Stop the product and let it cool
before using it again.
Product speed decreases or speed is unstable.| The room temperature is low,
causing the lubricant in the shaft to harden.| Remove the mixing bowl and let
the product idle for 5 minutes to soften the lubricant and restore speed
stability.
The stirred ingredients are too hard and too much, overloading the product.|
Reduce the mixing volume and let the product operate according to its normal
workload.
The tension has suddenly dropped.| If the voltage is unstable, wait for the
voltage to stabilize before use.
The product oscillates and vibrates while spinning.| The non-slip base is
off.| Make sure the non-slip base is on it.
The product is not on a smooth and flat surface.| Make sure the product is on
a smooth and flat surface.
The dough is heavy.| This is normal when kneading heavy doughs.
The head cannot spring back after placing the splash guard and mixing bowl.|
The splash guard and mixing bowl are not properly mounted.| Unscrew the splash
cover and mixing bowl, and assemble them correctly in place.
The dough has darkened after turning.| Black powder from the ash has fallen
onto the dough.| Before use, check that the shaft and attachment are clean
and dry, and that there is no water or dust on them.
When kneading bread dough, dry dust remains on the bottom.| The dough is not
sufficiently kneaded.| This is normal. Knead the dough longer so that it
becomes sticky and picks up the dry dust, or use a spatula.
The attachments scrape against the mixing bowl.| The attachment and/or mixing
bowl are not properly attached.| Make sure the attachment and mixing bowl are
securely attached.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
5.1 Maintenance
- You can use a little olive oil on the shaft, locking button or mixing bowl to ensure that these parts do not oxidize.
- When you are not using the product, you can cover it with a packing bag and place it in a dry environment.
5.2 Cleaning
- Do not immerse the product in water. Do not use water to rinse the unit to avoid short circuit, electric shock, leakage, rust and other malfunctions.
- Do not use a dripping wet towel to wipe the product.
- Do not use detergent/vinegar/salt or other caustic, alkaline cleaning agents to clean the casing, otherwise the surface of the product may be damaged.
- Do not use sharp and rough tools such as steel wire to brush the product and accessories. Otherwise, the surface may be easily damaged.
- Do not wash the attachments with caustic or alkaline detergents.
- The mixing bowl and attachments may be washed in the dishwasher. The splash screen is made of hardened plastic and therefore cannot be washed in the dishwasher. Clean it with warm water and soap.
- Do not soak the attachments in dish soap, salt water, vinegar and other corrosive liquids for a long time. Rinse them immediately after cleaning.
- Dry the attachments well after cleaning.
- The rotating shaft will produce some black marks due to the high speed and friction when the product rotates. Clean the shaft after each use and keep the part dry.
- Clean the control panel and screen only with a slightly damp cloth.
- Be sure to clean and dry all parts thoroughly after each use.
STORAGE
Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the product in extreme high or extreme low temperatures.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLE
Think about the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! This product is subject to the European Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU. At the end of its service life, do not dispose of the product with normal household waste, but deliver it to a collection point designated by the authorities for recycling.
