1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing a Kitchen Brothers product! Please always follow the instructions for safe usage.
1.1 Intended use
The name ‘Kamado’ is Japanese for ‘stove’. Kamado stoves made of ceramic have been around for 4,000 years and are known for their excellent ability to retain heat. Today’s Kamado barbecues are very versatile and can be used for grilling, smoking, as well as for baking pizza, bread or pies. The heat produced by the glowing charcoal cooks the food, while the smoke gives the unique, smoky flavor to the food.
The supplier is released from liability for any injury or damage caused by using the product beyond its intended use. Any modification of the product may affect your safety and warranty.

General tips
- Always use heat-resistant gloves when lighting the product.
- It is recommended not to light or turn the coals once they are burning. This way they burn more evenly and efficiently.

- Before cooking, check that the grill surfaces and tools are clean and free of old food residue. Always clean them again after use.
- Always wash your hands before and after touching raw meat and before eating.
- Always keep raw meat away from cooked meat and other foods. Do not use the same utensils for cooked and uncooked food.
