Loading the Ribbon

Open the ribbon compartment cover
-
Insert the new ribbon and make it click into place Load the ribbon into the printer in the direction of the arrow marked on the ribbon until it clicks into place.

Close the ribbon compartment cover
Note
Please refer to page 8 for details on replacing the ribbon.
Loading the Photo Paper

Open the covers of paper tray First open the outer cover①, then the inner cover②.

Load the photo paper with glossy side face up
Note
Placing more than 18 sheets of paper may damage the printer or cause malfunction. Do not touch the glossy side, except for the non-printable area. -
Close the inner cover of paper tray
Loading the Paper Tray

Open the paper tray compartment cover

Make sure the outer cover of paper tray is open
-
Load the paper tray to the printer
Please make sure to fully insert the paper tray into the compartment.(It slides about 2cm into the compartment.)
Power On and Connection

Connect the power cord
Insert the power cord into the power interface on the back of the printer
.Notes: Working Position -
Please place the printer on the desk or other flat and stable surfaces.

Leave some space (at least 10cm) behind the printer for paper out when printing.

Power on
Hold down the power button for 3 seconds. The yellow LED indicator is lighting, which indicates the printer is waiting for connection. -
How to connect and print
Method 1: Print with “HeyPhoto” APP -
Scan the QR code below, or search for “HeyPhoto” in the Google Play or App Store to download and install the App.

Open “HeyPhoto” App and follow the APP prompts to add and connect a device, and then follow the operation prompts in the APP to print.
Method 2:Print via USB from a computer
- Connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable and powered on.
- Go to https://www.idprt.com/downloads/modelid/74/classifyid/22/type/1.html to download the driver for Zeva 1966 Photo Printer and install it.
- After installing the driver, select the photos then click”Print”,and select” iDPRT Zeva 1966” to print.
Note
This method is only applicable to Windows system.

Trouble Shooting
Replacing the Ribbon

Open the ribbon compartment cover

To remove the used ribbon, move the lock upward that it will be ejected automatically
-
Load the new ribbon and make it click into place, then close the ribbon compartment cover
Precautions
- The best operating temperature is 0℃~40℃,if the environmental temperature is too high, the print quality may be affected.
- Please do not use the unofficial adaptor, color ink and photo paper to ensure the print quality.
- Do not touch the film of color ink and the glossy side of photo paper in case of fingerprints that may affect the print quality.
- During printing, the area around the thermal print head is very hot. Do not touch it, as you could be burned.
- Do not pull out the photo paper by force during printing, or else it may damage the printer.
- Please remove the paper tray when it is not used for a long time, and close the covers of the printer and the paper tray to avoid dust entering.
