PRECAUTIONS FOR USING

OPENING AND CLOSING THE BLINDS

  • Place the handle on the exact center of the bottom bar and slowly raise or lower the blind.

If the handle is not located in the center of the bottom bar or if the blind goes up and down quickly, both ends of the blind fabric may be damaged or tilted to one side.

ADJUSTING SPRING TENSION

NOTES

  • Our shade is operated by the spring tensioner that is located on the center pole.
  • The spring may be loosened or tightened depending on the long use of the blind or the external environment such as humidity and heat.
  • The spring tensioner is on the right when viewed from the front

Case 1
When the blind rolls back up without stopping on the desired position, tum the spring tensioner clockwise to reduce tension on the spring tensioner.

Case 2
When the blind won’t go up, turn the spring tensioner counterclockwise to increase the tension on the spring tensioner.

ADJUSTING THE FABRIC

Due to working mechanism, there’s a size gap between the fabric and the header.
The total size gap will be around 1.5 inch and the fabric usually will be off centered because the spring tension device parts are all on the right side. Therefore, usually the gap on the right side will be bigger than the left side.

If you’d like to adjust the fabric location to the center, you can open the blind fully and slowly close it while shaking the fabric left to right. If this doesn’t work in one try, please do the adjustment repeatedly

TELESCOPIC DRAW ROD

  • NOTES : The telescopic draw rod is not included on the package. It has to be purchased separately.
