PRODUCT WARRANTY
Foiresoft provide a limited warranty service for 6 months after the date of purchase. The support we provide under the limited warranty is only available for manufacturing defects (i.e, material defects, workmanship that cause product failure to operate).
What is covered?
- Wrong Type, Color, and Size
- Package Damaged
- Missing Accessories
- All internal mechanisms
- Repairs and/or replacements will be provided with the closest equivalent of the product
NOTE : For the issues mentioned above (wrong type, color, size, and damage/defective product), order number, product size and pictures must be provided.

HOW TO MEASURE
INSIDE MOUNT VS OUTSIDE MOUNT
Please decide on your mounting type before proceeding to measure your window size.
INSIDE MOUNT
- Shade fits within window opening.
- Gives a cleaner minimalist look to you rwindow
- Take up less space.
- Great for windows with beautiful trim.
OUTSIDE MOUNT
- Shade mounts outside window opening.
- Covers your window more so it increases light control and privacy.
- Allows more space for windows with cranks or handles
ABOUT WINDOW DEPTH
In order to install your blinds for INSIDE MOUNT, we recommend buyer to have
at least 3.3 inch depth.
If the depth is less than 3.3 inch, the blind’s header might protrude from the
window frame.
ABOUT C-CLAMP & L-BRACKET DIMENSION
The C-Clamp space that are available for installation is around 1.8 inch.
Total size of installation (from the L-bracket to the most outer side of the
header) will be 3.8~4.2 inch.
NOTICE
Do not reduce the width size for fear of too tight fit when ordering the
product.
Please consider that the blinds fully cover your window even if the final size
width is reduced about 0.1 ~ 0.3 inches from your selected size.
For 1 window
When installing 1 blind:

For 2 windows
When installing 1 blind:

When installing 2 blind:

Measure ➀ for the left one,
Measure ➁ for the right one.
Height :

For 3 or more windows
When installing 3 blind:

Measure ➀ for the left one,
Measure ➁ for the center one,
Measure ➂ for the right one.

For 1 window
When installing 1 blind:
Width:
Measure ➀ and plus 4 inch..
Height :
Measure (H) and plus 4 inch.
For 2 windows
When installing 1 blind:
Width:
Measure ➂ and plus 4 inch.
Height :
Measure (H) and plus 4 inch.
When installing 2 blind:
Width:
Measure ➀ and add 2 inch for the left one,
Measure ➁ and add 2 inch for the right one.
Height :
Measure (H) and plus 4 inch.
For 3 or more windows
When installing 3 blind:
Width:
Measure ➀ and plus 2 inch for the left one,
Measure ➁ for the center one,
Measure ➂ and plus 2 inch for the right one.
