Getting Started

The package includes L-brackets, C-clamps, Blind Shade, dry anchors & screws, screws, a remote controller, and a charging cable.
The quantity of components may vary based on the size of the shades.

How to Measure Inside Mount vs Outside Mount

Decide on the mounting type before measuring your window size.
The inside mount fits within the window opening, providing a clean look and saving space.
The outside mount covers the window more for increased light control and privacy.

About Window Depth

For inside mount installation, ensure a window depth of at least 3.3 inches to prevent the blind’s header from protruding.

About C-Clamp & L-Bracket Dimension

The available space for C-Clamp installation is around 1.8 inches. The total installation size from the L-bracket to the outer side of the header will be 3.8 to 4.2 inches.

Notice for Inside Mount Measurement

Do not reduce the width size out of fear of a tight fit. Ensure the blinds fully cover your window even if the final width is reduced by 0.1 to 0.3 inches from your selected size.

FAQ

What is covered under the product warranty?

The warranty covers wrong type, color, and size, damaged packages, missing accessories, all internal mechanisms, and manufacturing defects. Repairs or replacements will be provided for covered issues.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear, failures due to abuse, accidents, misuse, alterations, discoloration, fading, stretching, shrinking, failure to follow instructions regarding measurement or installation, and charging-related issues are not covered by the warranty.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Foiresoft provides a limited warranty service for 6 months after the date of purchase. Not only blinds but also the motor and remote controller.
The support we provide under the limited warranty is only available for manufacturing defects (i.e, material defects, workmanship that cause product failure to operate).

What is covered?

Wrong Type, Color, and Size Package Damaged
Missing Accessories for blinds (e.g. Side cover for top header & bottom bar, installation parts) All internal mechanisms
Repairs and/or replacements will be provided with the closest equivalent of the product
NOTE : For the issues mentioned above (wrong type, color, size, damage / defective product, Malfunction), The issue needs to be accurately identified therefore order number, product size, and pictures or videos must be provided for the part where the issue occurred.

HOW TO MEASURE

INSIDE MOUNT VS OUTSIDE MOUNT

Please decide on your mounting type before proceeding to measure your window size.

INSIDE MOUNT

The shade fits within the window opening. Gives a cleaner minimalist look to your rwindow
Take up less space.
Great for windows with beautiful trim.

OUTSIDE MOUNT

Shade mounts outside the window opening. Covers your window more so it increases light control and privacy. Allows more space for windows with cranks or handles

ABOUT WINDOW DEPTH

To install your blinds for INSIDE MOUNT, we recommend buyer have at least 3.3 inch depth. If the depth is less than 3.3 inches, the blind’s header might protrude from the window frame.

ABOUT C-CLAMP & L-BRACKET DIMENSION

The C-Clamp space that is available for installation is around 1.8 inches.
The total size of the installation (from the L-bracket to the outermost side of the header) will be 3.8~4.2 inches.

NOTICE

Width: Measure ➀ for the left one, Measure ➁ for the right one.
Height: Measure (H).

For 3 or more windows

When installing 3 blinds:

Width: Measure ➀ for the left one, Measure ➁ for the center one, Measure ➂ for the right one.
Height: Measure (H).

OUTSIDE MOUNT

For 1 window

When installing 1 blind:

Width: Measure ➀ plus 4 inches.
Height : Measure (H) and 4 inch.

For 2 windows

When installing 1 blind:

Width: Measure ➂ and 4 inches.
Height: Measure (H) and 4 inch.

When installing 2 blinds:

Width: Measure ➀ and add 2 inches for the left one, Measure ➁ and add 2 inches for the right one.
Height: Measure (H) plus 4 inch.

For 3 or more windows

When installing 3 blinds:

Width: Measure ➀ plus 2 inches for the left one, Measure ➁ for the center one, Measure ➂ plus 2 inches for the right one.
Height: Measure (H) plus 4 inches.
