OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Important: The KickAss Travel Oven is not fan forced, please keep this in mind when considering cooking times and allow for a longer cooking period.
Cooking with the KickAss Travel Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to the desired temperature. Max temperature is 180°C-200°C
  2. Place food in the oven on the racks. Ensure you don’t overload the oven. The oven temperature may drop when putting cold food in
  3. When food is cooked, remove contents from the oven and turn off.

Oven Timer

  1. If using one of the glass door ovens, to set the oven to permanently on, rotate the timer counter clockwise to the ON position. Alternatively, rotate the timer clockwise to set the desired cooking time. Range between 1-120 minutes.
  2. Timer will make a noise when the set time has been reached.
  3. To turn off the timer earlier, rotate anticlockwise until the timer makes a noise.

Oven Light
The glass door ovens are fitted with internal lights, these can be turned on and off using the little red switch. Note, when set to the on position the light will use approximately 0.8-1A, it is recommended to turn this off when not in use.
Opening and Closing the Oven

  • The KickAss Travel Oven is fitted with a door latch allowing you to securely close the oven to prevent any loss of heat.
  • The latch may become hot during use. Please ensure appropriate safety precautions are taken.

Oven Use

  • It is important that the oven is not overloaded as this will extend cooking times.
  • Food may be placed on the racks provided directly, using aluminum foil or baking trays/dishes.
  • We don’t advise placing food directly on the bottom of the oven unless you are able to check this consistently to prevent any burning.
