ADJUSTING SPRING TENSION
NOTES
- The spring may be loosenes or tightened depending on the long use of the blind or the external environment such as humidity and heat.
- The spring tensioner is on the left when viewed from the front
Type of Trouble
- Case 1
- Shortage of tension
- When the fabric released out and falling down automatically.
- Case 2
- Over Tension
- When the fabric rolled up itself and kept pulling the bottom bar and came into the cassette automatically.
- Case 3
- The Fabric released out & hanging
- It happens when the bottom bar turns over the fabric by over tensions of spring. Blinds move up & down, however, the bottom bar will not go up to the top positions.
Troubleshooting solutions
- Place the labeled side of the product facing the floor, as shown in the image.
- Carefully remove the left and right side cover and roll the fabric all the way around.
- Please be careful not to turn to the opposite side.
- Case 1: 2 round turns
- Case 2: 0 turns (Just release spring tensions)
- Case 3: 1 round turns
- After turning, close the side cover with the cover and fabric tube well connected to assemble.
ADJUSTING THE FABRIC
Due to the working mechanism, there’s a size gap between the fabric and the header. The total size gap will be around 0.6 inch.
If you’d like to adjust the fabric location to the center, you can open the blind fully and slowly close it while shaking the fabric from left to right. If this doesn’t work in one try, please adjust repeatedly.
TELESCOPIC DRAW ROD
NOTES: The telescopic draw rod is not included in the package. It has to be purchased separately.
