Product FAQs
Q: What does the LED light indicate?
A: The LED light on the charger indicates the output voltage. It is green
when the output is at 5V and blue when any port outputs at 9V/12V/15V/20V.
Q: Why do some devices not support PD charging?
A: Some devices, such as the first/second generation Airpods,IQOO
e-cigarettes, speakers, and TWS, do not support PD charging because they were
not designed for it and lack the necessary hardware/firmware to activate the
charging process.
Q: How can I charge my non-PD supported device with this charger?
A: To charge a non-PD supported device, use a USB C-A adapter to connect
the device to a PD charger and then charge the device with a USB A cable.
Q: Why is my Samsung Galaxy device not charging or switching between slow
and fast charging?
A: This issue may be resolved by replacing the C-C cable used for
charging with a compatible one.
Q: Why can’t I receive PD20+PD20 charging when using both ports
simultaneously?
A: PD20+PD20 charging is not supported for Samsung S21/S22/Note 20+ and
iPhone 8 or later models, as their output protocol is 27W+12W. It is also not
supported for iPad and iPhone 8 or later models released in or after 2017, as
their output protocol is 27W+12W. To enable PD20+PD20 charging, plug in your
iPhone first and then your Samsung phone or iPad.
Q: Why is my third-party C-lightning cable not boosting to 9V for
charging?
A : The difference in the MFI chip used in the third-party C-lightning
cable may cause this issue. Simply unplug the C or lightning end of the
C-lightning cable to eliminate the anomaly.
