Assembly Instructions
- Ensure the groomer is not plugged in when assembling the parts.
- Attach Canister, Hose, and Accessories:
- Hold the canister by the handle and align it with one side of the groomer base as indicated by the arrow.
- Press down the blue button and push the canister onto the base until it locks into place.
- Connect the hose to the groomer by pressing the blue button and clicking it into the opening.

Warranty
Equator Appliances undertakes to the consumer-owner to repair or, at our option, to replace any part of this product which proves to be defective in workmanship or material under normal personal, family or household use, in USA and Canada, for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. For commercial use, the product is warranted for a period of 90 days. During this period, we will provide all labor and parts necessary to correct such defect, free of charge, if the appliance has been Installed and operated in accordance with the written instructions with the appliance. Ready access to the appliance, for service, is the responsibility of the consumer-owner. Services would be provided from Monday to Friday between normal business hours.
Exclusions
In no event shall Equator Appliances be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for damages resulting from external causes such as abuse, misuse, incorrect voltage or acts of God. This warranty does not cover service calls which do not involve defective workmanship or materials covered by this warranty. Accordingly, diagnosis and repair costs for a service call which does not involve defective workmanship or materials will be the responsibility of the consumer-owner.
Specifically, the following work is not covered under warranty and does not
constitute warranty work:
Maintenance – e.g. Cleaning the appliance using solvents
Mishandling – e.g. Breakage of hose or accessories
Most work is covered. The defining factor is, has the machine malfunction (Equator Appliances is responsible) or has the customer omitted or done something to cause the machine to malfunction (consumer is responsible). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental orconsequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.

Since it is a responsibility of the consumer-owner to establish the warranty
period by verifying the original purchase date, Equator Appliances recommends
that a receipt, delivery slip or some other appropriate payment record br kept
for that purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from State to State.

Safety

- Use the groomer only with the specified voltage of 120V.
- Ensure hands are dry before using the groomer.

- Do not use the groomer to suction smoke or liquids.
- Be careful using accessories that have sharp edges.
- If the motor overheats, the built-in thermal protection system will shut down the groomer. Please unplug the groomer and wait for it to cool down before continuing to use it.
- Unplug the groomer after each use.
This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Ensure the groomer is not plugged in when you assemble the parts.
Attach Canister, Hose and Accessories

Hold the canister by the handle and align it with one side of the groomer base as indicated by the arrow.

Hold down the blue button and push the canister onto the base. There will be a click and it will lock into place. Ensure it is firmly attached on both sides.

Connect the hose to the groomer by pressing the blue button and clicking it into the opening.
- Attach the desired accessory onto the other end of the hose.
Operation
The Advanced Pet Groomer lets you trim hair, brush and clean your pet, while
at the same time collecting all the debris into a handy canister for easy
clean up.
Plug in the groomer, which has been assembled with the hose and accessory.
To start operating the groomer:
- Press the Power button – the groomer will start at the default speed (lowest setting).
- Press the Speed button to increase to a higher speed and press once again to operate at the highest speed. The Speed Indicator Light(s) will illuminate to show the selected speed.
- Press the Power button to turn the groomer off.
Note: Please start grooming your pets using the lowest speed setting so that they can get used to the device.
Using the Trimmer
To decrease the hair length – Slide the blue tab up, without pressing the
white button. To increase the hair length – Slide the blue tab down while
pressing the white button. Attaching one of the four combs to the trimmer is
optional. Each one is a different size.
Care and Maintenance
Unplug the groomer before cleaning the device.
Do not submerge the groomer in water for cleaning.
Remove debris from the canister and clean the filter regularly for the best
results.
Clean the Canister – Press the blue button on the canister to detach it from the base. Press the lever at the base of the canister to open and empty it. Reinstall the canister once it is empty and dry.
Clean the Filter – The filter is on the side of the canister. Insert fingers into the blue netting flap and pull out the filter. Vacuum or wash the filter and let it dry completely for 24 hours. Replace the dry filter and ensure it is firmly inserted. New filters can be ordered from customer service.
Note: If the filter is wet, it can cause a short circuit or malfunction.
Clean the Trimmer – Use the nozzle to clean the trimmer. Do not wash the trimmer with water.
Storage
Store the hose by winding it around the groomer base and gently clipping it on the side slot.
Store the power cord by winding it in the grooves under the base of the groomer.

Troubleshooting
Problem | Possible Causes | Solution |

Doesn’t power on
| Plug is not firmly inserted into socket.

Poor or no suction
| Filter is covered with pet hair. Canister is full.| Remove debris and pet
hair from canister and filter.
Noise| Filter may be blocked.| Remove any obstruction.
Stops suddenly
| Check if the power cord has been pulled out.
Groomer has overheated and the thermal protection system has shut it down.
| Reinsert the power cord plug.
Turn off the power, remove debris from canister and wait for the groomer to cool down before using it again.
