- This hub is designed specifically to fit the MacBook which has dual USB-C ports. It is not compatible with any other devices.
- For the best connection, please use it without a laptop case. USB-A ports will not support Apple SuperDrive or charge iPads and other Tablets.
- Please use your device’s original or a third-party certified charger and cable to charge your laptop.

Can I use SD/TF Card Reader to read data from my computer?****
No. This adapter only supports SD/TF card reading and writing data from SD/TF card to your computer. It does not support reading data from your computer to the SD/TF card.
Can I use this hub to connect my MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt 3 port to my monitor?****
Yes, you can. Please make sure you connect the HDMI cable to your monitor first, then connect the USB-C cable to your MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt 3 port.
Does this hub support 4K video playback?****
Yes, it does. The video output resolution is up to 4K(3840×2160)@60Hz down compatible with 4K(3840×2160)@30Hz 1080P 1080I 720P.
Does this hub support 5K or 2x4K @60Hz Video output?****
Yes, it does. Please make sure you connect the HDMI cable to your monitor first, then connect the USB-C cable to your MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt 3 port.
Does this hub support 100W Power Delivery (PD3.0) charging?****
Yes, it does. But it only supports PD3.0 charging when connected with a laptop that supports PD3.0 charging and a PD3.0 charger (not included).
Why is there no video output?****

Why is there no audio output from the HDMI port?****
1. Please make sure that there is an audio output function on the
monitor.
2. Please set the external monitor as the default audio output device.
Will any USB-C adapter work with MacBook Pro?****
If your Mac uses USB-C to charge, you can charge your Mac laptop with any USB-C power adapter or display. You can safely use a power adapter or display with higher or lower wattage than the adapter included with your Mac.
How do I use a USB-C adapter on a Mac?****
Plug the USB-C end of the adapter into a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port on your Mac, and then connect your flash drive, camera, or other standard USB device. You can also connect a Lightning to USB cable to sync and charge your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
Do USB-C adapters work with Macs?****
The Thunderbolt ports in the current Mac Studio, 24-inch iMac, Mac mini, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air work with USB-C devices, which have the same connector shape. If you want to use a USB-C device, you can just plug it into one of the Thunderbolt ports. No adapter is necessary.
Does the USB-C adapter affect speed?****
Generally, a higher version means better speeds. It is a good idea to go for a USB-C connector that at least supports the USB 3.0 version or higher for good transfer speeds.
Do USB-C adapters need drivers?****
A USB Connector Manager Driver is required for Windows to manage the USB Type-C ports on a system.
Do USB-C adapters work?****
This adapter will convert a USB Type-C port into a USB 3.0 port. So if your newer phone has a C port for charging (“female” socket) and the car charger has a standard USB connector that goes into a phone (“male” plug)…then yes, it will work by connecting the two together.

USB-C Power Delivery is a fast charging technology, supported by certain iOS/Apple and Android/Google/Samsung devices, that delivers much higher levels of power than standard charging. Older Samsung devices support a different fast charging technology called Qualcomm® Quick Charge
How fast is a USB-C adapter?****
Full-featured USB-C cables that implement USB 3.1 Gen 2 can handle up to 10 Gbit/s data rate at full duplex. They are marked with a SuperSpeed+ (SuperSpeed 10 Gbit/s) logo. There are also cables that can carry only USB 2.0 with up to 480 Mbit/s data rate.
