Depending on the location of the charging coil on your mobile device, your device may not charge in all positions. Find the position that works best for your device.
Wireless charging may not work if you have a case that is A) too thick or B) has a magnet. In order to charge, you will need to remove the case before placing on the charging pad.
If you are using an attached wireless charging case on your mobile device, never place just the case on the charging pad. This may overheat the charging pad and/or the case, and has a risk of fire and injury.
