How to Charge Your Device?

  1. Pls Check the Sunlight Environment At First.
    a. Place the solar charger under strong sunlight(such as 9:00 am to 17: 00pm, different countries have different effective illumination time)
    b. Solar charger should be placed toward sunlight in vertical direction, which obtains the maximum conversion efficiency of solar energy.
    c. There should be no obstructions on the surface of the solar charger.

  2. Charging for Devices
    a. Pis use the provided or standard cable.
    b. Pls check if the device is connected properly.

Cautions

  1. Pls do not scratch the surface of the solar charger, and solar charger must not be squeezed/pressed by external forces or heavy objects.
  2. Solar charger should be placed toward sunlight in vertical direction, which obtains the maximum conversion efficiency of solar energy.
  3. The temperature of the solar charger will increase while working, which is a normal phenomenon.
  4. IP65 Water resistance is for solar panel and its wire box is non-waterproof, pls handle with care and do not soak the item into water,
  5. When there is insufficient sunlight to power multiple devices simultaneously, the solar charger will power high power devices at first.

FAQ

Q1: Why can't solar charger reach 120W while charging for power station?

A1: Solar charger are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of light and the angle at which the panels are placed on the ground, 120W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of light constantly changes, and in addition, the angle of light shining on the solar panel varies with the rotation of the sun.

Q2: How to clean the surface of solar panel?

A2: Pls use a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt from the surface.

Q3: Can these solar panels run in series or in parallel?

A3: No, these solar panels can not run in series or in parallel.
