Product Usage Instructions
- Press the Main Switch button to turn on/off the powerhouse.
- To activate AC output, long press the AC Button for 3 seconds.
- To activate the DC output (DC port+USB port+car socket), short-press the DC Button after turning on the main switch.
- To activate the LED light function, short-press the Light Function Button after turning on the main switch. There are two light modes: constant bright mode and SOS light mode. Pressing the button for the third time turns off the light function.
- Notes:
- The AC interfaces do not support simultaneous charging and discharging.
- The DC interfaces (DC port+USB port+Car Socket) support simultaneous charging and discharging.
- The powerhouse automatically shuts down after 60 seconds of standby mode without AC and DC function, and after 12 hours if AC or DC function is on.
- The LCD screen wakes up automatically when the powerhouse is being charged.
How to Recharge the Power House & Recharge Times:
- Recharge via USB-C1 Input: Approximately 2-3 hours
- Recharge via DC-IN port: Approximately 4.5-6 hours

Read all the instructions carefully before using:
- a) To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is vital when the product is used near children.
- b) Pls use a compliant, standard power cord for charging and discharging.
- c) DO NOT disassemble, repair, or modify the product or the battery.
- d) DO NOT expose the powerhouse to rain or snow and do not soak it into water.
- e) DO NOT put fingers or hands into the product.
- f) DO NOT overload the AC or DC output.
- g) When charging the internal battery, work in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way.

How to Use the Power House?
Notes:
- Please note that the AC interfaces do not support simultaneously charging and discharging and DC interfaces(DC port+USB port+Car Socket) support simultaneously charging and discharging.
- Supports DC-IN+ C1-IN port input function at the same time and input power is superimposed.
- 60s automatic shutdown during standby mode without AC and DC function on, 12 hours automatic shutdown if AC or DC function is on.
- The LCD screen will be wakened up automatically without any operation when the powerhouse is being charged.
How to Recharge the Power House and Recharge Times?
- Before use or storage, please make sure the PORTABLE POWERHOUSE is fully charged.
- To shorten the recharge time, it is recommended to disconnect all loads while recharging the product.
- When you charge it with a PD charger through the USB-C1 port, it is recommended to use a power over or equal to 60W.
- When you want to charge the PORTABLE POWER HOUSE quickly at home, you can use the DC-IN port and the USB-C1 port to charge simultaneously, so that the power can be superimposed for being fully charged rapidly.
Notes:
- Please long press its main switch for restart when it has something wrong with charging and discharging.
- Please recharge it every 3 months to keep the battery power above 50% if you don’t use it.
- It’s suggested to recharge the battery before the power drops below 15%.
- Only charge the powerhouse within an ambient temperature of 5-45℃(41-113°F), discharge temperature is 5-45℃(41-113°F), and storage temperature of is-20-45℃(-4-113°F).
- Please keep the battery laid flat while using, charging, and storage.
- DO NOT use a damaged or frayed charging cable to recharge your PORTABLE POWERHOUSE.

How to calculate operation time?
- Battery Powered Devices: Number of Full Charges=288Whx0.90/The Battery Capacity of Device(Wh)
- DC/USB Powered Devices: Working Hours=288Whx0.90/The Rated Power of Device (W)
- AC Powered Devices: Working Hours=288Whx0.85/The Rated Power of Device(W)
Notes:
- The above calculation formula is only applicable to the case that the product is fully charged,and there is no excessive battery loss.
- Actual times of full charges and working hours might be varied by different charging methods and device operation status.
FAQ
Q1: Why doesn’t my PORTABLE POWER HOUSE power other devices?
- First, make sure the output ports have been turned on by pressing the On/Off buttons of the corresponding port.
- Then, check the battery level of the product. Please recharge the product as soon as possible if the battery capacity is low.
- Finally, check if the connected device conforms to the specifications of the powerhouse output ports.
Q2: Can I replace the battery pack in my PORTABLE POWER HOUSE?
- No, the battery pack in PORTABLE POWERHOUSE is not replaceable. DO NOT try to dismantle your PORTABLE POWERHOUSE and replace the battery by yourself. Doing so may cause irreversible damage to the product and battery explosion.
Q3: Can PORTABLE POWER HOUSE be interconnected?
- No, the PORTABLE POWERHOUSE can NOT be interconnected with other powerhouses.
Q4: Is the PORTABLE POWER HOUSE waterproof?
- No, the PORTABLE POWERHOUSE is not waterproof. Please keep the product away from moisture. Do not submerge the product in water or operate the product in the rain. Doing so may cause short-circuit, electric shock and fire.
Q5: Why doesn’t the battery of PORTABLE POWERHOUSE last as long as expected?
- When the PORTABLE POWERHOUSE is powering devices that have high power consumption, the internal resistance of the battery will turn more energy into heat and lower battery capacity as a result. When this is the case, you may not get exactly 288Wh of energy.
Q6: Can I charge my electric devices while the PORTABLE POWER HOUSE is recharging?
- ONLY DC interfaces(DC port+USB port+car socket) support simultaneously charging and discharging.
Q7: What devices can PORTABLE POWERHOUSE power?
- Please note that the AC output port can only charge / power devices that operate at less than a total of 300 watts.
Q8: Can the PORTABLE POWER HOUSE be charged while using it?
- Yes, it supports pass-through charging. But we don’t suggest that because it will cause damage to battery life.
Q9: Can the PORTABLE POWER HOUSE be used as UPS?
- No, it can’t be used as UPS, need to press the power button to turn on the AC / USB / DC output, so it can’t turn on and off automatically.
Q10: Does PORTABLE POWERHOUSE include a built-in MPPT controller?
- Yes, it is equipped with a built-in MPPT controller.
