WELCOME TO WYZE
Thanks for getting your hands on a shiny new pair of Wyze Buds. If this is
your first Wyze product, welcome to the Wyze fomily!
IN THE BOX
GET STARTED
- Download the Wyze App and sign in or create on account.
- Open the Wyze App. Tap the + plus sign, then Add Device. On the Add Device screen, top Lifestyle then Wyze Buds. Follow the instructions in the App to complete setup.
- You’re all set. Enjoy your Wyze Buds!
FIT
Place the earbuds into your ears and twist forward slightly until it feels
secure. Try different sizes of ear tips to find the best fit.
AMBIENT SOUND
Top and hold the touch oreo to toggle on/ off Ambient Sound to hear your
surroundings.
PAIR BLUETOOTH
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case lid open. Press the Bluetooth Pairing button on the back of the charging case until the LED light inside the case starts blinking.
CONTROL MUSIC, CALLS, VOICE
ASSISTANT
Check the Wyze App for detailed instructions on how to control your Wyze Buds.
BATTERY STATUS
Place the earbuds in the charging case. The lights on the case indicate the
battery levels for both the earbuds and the case.
CHARGING
Your earbuds charge whenever they’re in the charging case. 15 minutes in the
case provides up ta 2 hours of listening time. Charge the case via the USB-C
charging cable included.
FACTORY RESET
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case lid open.
- To factory reset the eorbuds, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the back of the case for 15 seconds.
- To clear the Bluetooth device list without resetting the earbuds, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the back of the case for B seconds.
