CHARGE BEFORE USE
B42 Series Wireless Headphones
CHARGING THE HEADPHONES – MUST ALWAYS BE CONDUCTED BY AN ADULT
USB-C charging cable (included)
USB-C AC adaptor (not included)
POWER ON/OFF
- Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) to turn the headphones ON/OFF.
VOLUME SWITCH
- Use the volume switch to select High, Medium, or Low. The unit is factory set to Low, which is the recommended listening level.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
- MUST ALWAYS BE CONDUCTED BY AN ADULT
- When the headphones are ON, they will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Select ‘KIDdesigns B42’ on your Bluetooth-enabled device to connect.
- A voice prompt will sound to indicate pairing is complete. Headphones will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device whenever it is in range. To reset Bluetooth, press and hold the MFB for 10-12 seconds while the unit is OFF.
LISTENING TO AUDIO
- Press the MFB to play/pause the audio. Use the controls on your device to navigate tracks.
AUX CABLE
- Use a 3.5mm aux cable (not included) for optional wired listening. Connect one end of the aux cable to your device and the other end to the AUX jack on the B42 headphones. (Please exercise caution and use adult supervision when using an aux cable, greater than 300mm (12 inches) for wired listening.)
LED INDICATORS
- LED flashes blue while in Bluetooth pairing mode and glows solid blue when connected.
- LED flashes red when the battery is low, glows solid red while charging, and turns off when the headphones are fully charged.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL BATTERY PRECAUTIONS
- Never use or charge a battery if it appears to be leaking, or in any way abnormal. Avoid charging the battery when the temperature is not within 5°C – 35° C (41° – 95° Fahrenheit). Never expose a battery to any liquid, or to excessive heat such as direct sunlight or fire. Always keep batteries out of the reach of
infants and small children. Always charge lithium devices on a non-flammable surface – wooden tables/ carpeted floors are not recommended charging surfaces.
WARNING/DISPOSAL OF UNIT
- Do NOT attempt to change or disassemble the built-in battery. Doing so will void the warranty and could cause personal injury and damage to your device. Do not dispose of batteries in the household trash or fire. Always dispose of used batteries/electronics in accordance with the prevailing community
