How to keep the milk frother clean from milk burning on the bottom?

The following is some use tips:

1. If froth/heat milk, please remember put the whisk mechanism to avoid burning the bottom of the frother.
2. If its burnt milk on bottom, add warm water and run a froth cycle, pull the spring frother out and paper towel wipe it out.

Why It just only heat the milk, will not froth?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps if it won’t froth:

1. Make sure the rotor is turning (little circular spring) at bottom of canister.
2. Check the type of milk. Using full fat milk (fat content > 3 % ) is the best results.
3. Make sure your level is to the minimum level.

Will it shut off automatically?

Yes, the automatic milk forther will auto shut off when the milk is at the desired temperature when frothing.

How to avoid the froth spill out of lid while it’s frothing?

Here are some use tips:

1. Make sure the lid was on and held down.
2. Make sure the amount of milk poured is lower than the bottom frothing function indicator line.
3. The type of milk that use will result in more or less aeration. And the skim milk, which has less fat, aerates the most. So Try using the slower frothing speed (push the on button 2x) to reduce the intensity of frothing.

Why has it stopped frothing, only bubbling up a lot with the rest of it

just liquid under the bubbles?

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. It’s better to use full fat milk ( >3%), since it’s hard to make milk bubbles for low-fat ones.

2. Is a whisk mechanism installed?
   Make sure the whisk mechanism is installed and connected securely, will turn. If no, then re-install the whisk and try again.

3. Replace it with a spare whisk attachment.
