Connection
When you open the charging case the earbuds will automatically pair to each
other.
If the pairing failed. Try to reset them.
To connect to your phone/device, open your
Bluetooth settings and find the earbuds on the list.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last used phone/Bluetooth
device.
Reset
If the earbuds cannot connect to each other or the earbuds cannot play music,
or to do other general troubleshooting, you can reset them.
We also recommend forgetting the earbuds from your device.
Put both earbuds to the charge case and close it.
Wait just a moment, then open the charge case.
Place them on an open surface, for example a table and wait 15 seconds to
allow them to connect. To connect to your phone/device, open your Bluetooth
settings and find the earbuds on the list.
Functions
- Play/pause: single click (left or right earphone)
- Reject phone call: press and hold for about 2 seconds (left or right earphone)
- Answer/hang up: single click (left or right earphone)
- Previous song: double click (left earphone)
- Next song: double click (right earphone)
- Voice assistant: 4 clicks (left or right earphone)
- Volume up/down: triple click (left or right earphone)
- Active noise cancellation: Press and hold for about 2 seconds (left or right earphone)
Charge
If the earbuds are wet with sweat, or other moisture, the charging terminals
will rust. Wipe off moisture with a dry cloth, and let the earbuds air dry
before charging.
Place the earbuds in the charge case and close the cover to charge them. The
lights stay on while charging and turns off when the earbuds are fully
charged.
For charging the charge case, use the original charge cable and a USB power
adapter (5V/1A) or use for example a computer as a USB power source.
Connect the charge case with a USB cable to charge it. The LED will change to
flashing white to confirm that it is charging. When the charge case is fully
charged, it will change to static white.
How to wear them
Put them slowly into the ears and wiggle them slightly for the best fit and comfort.
Troubleshooting

If the sound quality is not good, please try to change to another earplug size.

Some places have strong electromagnetic interference, for example subways and airports.
The Bluetooth signal will be randomly interrupted, and you may experience delays on music playback.
In these places there are many 2.4 GHz devices, which interfere with each other. -
Some devices might have low Bluetooth version, such as TV:s. This might cause video and sound to be out of synchronization.

If you have the following problems: left and right earbuds do not match, or the earbuds cannot connect to the Bluetooth device, or the left or right earbuds are silent. Try to reset.
