Product Information

The TWS-115 is a wireless earbud product with a charging case that uses a USB-C charging port. The earbuds have a touch button that can be used for on/off, previous/next, answer/hang up functions. There is an LED indicator on the earbuds that shows battery level and charging status. The product comes with a user manual available in multiple languages.

Power On and Off

To power on the earbuds, open the charging case and they will automatically turn on. To power off the earbuds, place them in the charging case and close the case. Alternatively, you can manually power on the earbuds by pressing and holding the touch button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue for 1 second. To manually power off the earbuds, press and hold the touch button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red for 1 second. Open the charging case, they will automatically power on. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the case to automatically power them off. The LEDs will flash red to confirm. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to manually power them on, the LEDs will flash blue for 1 second to confirm. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to power them off, the LEDs will flash red for 1 second to confirm.

Charging

To charge the earbuds, insert them into the charging case making sure the charging contacts are well connected. The LED indicator on the earbuds will turn red while they are charging and turn blue for 1 second when fully charged before turning off. The charging case can be charged via a USB-C cable, and the LED indicator on the case will turn green while it is charging and turn off when fully charged. If the earbuds are not charging, make sure they are well connected and clean them if necessary. Insert the earbuds into the charge case to charge them. The charging contacts should be well connected. The earbuds LEDs are red while charging. When they are fully charged, they change to blue for 1 second and then turn off. Charge the charging case via a USB-C cable. The LEDs are green while charging. The LEDs turn off when fully charged. If the earbuds are not charging, check that they are well connected and clean them.

Connect

First time use:

1. Take out the earbuds from the case. Wait 5 seconds, they will power on and connect to each other.
2. One of the earbuds will flash red and blue. The other earbud will flash blue.
3. Connect with bluetooth to the earbuds from your phone/device. Refer to your phone/device manual if needed.

For first-time use, take out both earbuds from the case and wait 5 seconds for them to automatically power on and connect to each other. One of the earbuds will flash red and blue, while the other earbud will flash blue. Connect to the earbuds via Bluetooth on your phone or device. Refer to your phone/device manual if needed.

Cleaning

  • Gently put the earbuds into your ears.
  • Answer and hang up a phone call

• Play/Pause
  • Short press the button to play/pause.
• Next song
  • Long press (2 seconds) on the right earbud for next song.
• Previous song
  • Long press (2 seconds) on the left earbud for previous song.
• Volume
  • Press the button 2 times quickly on the right earbud to increase volume.
  • Press the button 2 times quickly on the left earbud to decrease volume.
  • Or adjust the volume from your connected device (eg. phone).
• Gaming mode
  • Reduces latency to 40 ms. Press the button 3 times quickly on either earbud to activate gaming mode.

Safety instructions

1. Never disassemble or modify the product to avoid damage to the product and to avoid danger.
2. Do not store in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or over 45°C).
3. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents when you clean this product.
4. Keep dry.
5. To avoid hearing damage, make sure that the volume is set to low before connecting. Gradually turn up the volume until you reach a comfortable listening level.
