LG ELECTRONICS ARGENTINA S.A. (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “LG ”) GRANTS THIS WARRANTY SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. SET BELOW.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS

If during the warranty period detailed in this warranty certificate and under normal conditions of use the Product presents a defect or failure in its operation derived from a manufacturing defect, LG guarantees the repair of the Product free of charge through the Technical Services authorized by LG for this purpose and, in case the repair is not possible, its replacement by another Product with the same characteristics. For this, it is essential that:

  1. This guarantee certificate is not altered in any way, in any of its parts.
  2. The buyer of the Product proves its quality as such by showing the original purchase invoice, with the legible purchase date.
  3. The defect or failure in the operation of the Product has no cause in any of the circumstances detailed under the heading “WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY” of this warranty certificate.

IMPORTANT

  1. The conditions of use, installation and maintenance necessary for the correct operation of the Product are indicated in the Manual (user manual, installation manual), which forms part of this warranty certificate and is delivered together with it.
  2. This guarantee certificate is valid only if the Product was marketed by LG or its authorized distributors and acquired in the Argentine Republic by the buyer who redeem the guarantee.
  3. The installation of the Product must be carried out respecting the technical specifications indicated in the INSTALLATION MANUAL or USER MANUAL
  4. LG will provide the guarantee through its network of Authorized Technical Services. In order to request coverage, the buyer must follow the procedure established under the title “HOW TO REQUEST TECHNICAL SERVICE ASSISTANCE” of this warranty certificate.

CAVEAT

  1. LG only grants the guarantee that is detailed in this certificate and is not responsible for the guarantee(s) that third parties grant regarding the Product.
  2. Failure to present, alter or adulterate the Product purchase invoice or this warranty certificate or the serial number reported on the Product label invalidates the validity of the guarantee. 
  3. The Product has been designed for domestic use.

PRODUCT WARRANTY PERIOD

Validity of the guarantee according to the product

  • Warranty Period: 1 year

Computed from the date of purchase of the Product WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY LG guarantees the repair free of charge of the Product that, within the guarantee period, presents defects or failures in its operation exclusively derived from defects or failures of manufacturing. The replacement of all or part of the product will proceed only in the event that the authorized Technical Service determines that the product or a certain part of it is irreparable.

HOW TO REQUEST TECHNICAL SERVICE ASSISTANCE

In the event that the Product presents a failure or malfunction, you should contact LG Customer Service (0800-888-5454 from CABAy GBA and 0810-555-5454 from the interior of the country), who will inform you of the data of the authorized Technical Service closest to your home and/or will assign you a service number according to correspond. When the Technical Service attends to inspect the Product, the buyer must show the original purchase invoice and this guarantee certificate and detail the reason for the Request for assistance from the Technical Service.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

BY THIS WARRANTY

Damages or failures in the operation of the Product derived from

  • Use of the Product improper or other than domestic use.
  • Excess or drop in electrical voltage.
  • The intervention of the Product by personnel not authorized by LG.
  • Installation of the Product without respecting the technical specifications reported in the INSTALLATION MANUAL
  • Breaks blows, scratches, falls or accidents of any kind.
  • Dampness, floods, fires, earthquakes, electrical storms, natural disasters
  • Transportation of the Product by third parties outside LG or the authorized Technical Services.
  • Connecting the Product to electrical networks or other electronic devices not suitable for this purpose.
  • Connection of other electrical appliances to the Product.
