Product Information
The TWS-110, TWS-111, TWS-1100, and TWS-1111 are wireless earbuds with a 6mm dynamic driver unit and a frequency response range of 20 – 20,000Hz. They have an IPX4 water resistance rating (for earbuds only) and Bluetooth version V5.0. The earbuds have a Bluetooth range of approximately 10 meters and support Bluetooth profiles A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and HSP. They have a battery life of up to 4 hours per charge and support the SBC audio CODEC.
Product Usage Instructions
- To turn on the earbuds, take them out of the charging case. They will automatically power on.
- If the charging case has 0% battery left, you need to turn on or off the earbuds manually. Press and hold the button on either of the earbuds until they turn on or off.
- To turn off the earbuds, place them in the charging case. They will automatically power off.
- To charge the earbuds, insert them into the charging case. The LED indicator will flash green/red to indicate that they are being charged.
- The charging contacts should be aligned with the earbuds for them to charge properly.
- The charging case can be charged via a micro USB cable. When charging, the LED indicator will be constant red. When fully charged, it will be constant green.
- The LED indicator on the earbuds will show the battery level. When the battery level is between 1% to 99%, it will be red. When the battery level is at 100%, it will be green. When the battery level is between 1% to 10%, the earbuds will automatically power off.
- The earbuds have a touch button that can be used to turn them on/off, skip tracks, answer/hang up calls, and activate voice assistants.
- To avoid audio distortion, make sure that the volume is set to an appropriate level.
- To reset the earbuds, press the touch button on each earbud 7 times.

Power the earbuds on, press the button on each earbud 7 times
Power on and off
Take the earbuds out of the charging case, they will automatically power on.
If the charge case has 0% battery left, you need to turn on or off the earbuds
manually: Press and hold the button on either of the earbuds until they turn
on or off. Place the earbuds in the charging case, they will automatically
power off.
Charging
Insert the earbuds into the charge case to charge them. The charging contacts
should be well connected. The LEDs on the earbuds are lit red while charging.
When the earbuds are fully charged the LEDs change to green. Charge the
charging case via a Micro USB cable. The LEDs on the charge case will flash
red while charging. When the charge case is fully charged the LEDs change to
constant red When the charge case is activated and if it has 10-99% left, the
LEDs will be constant green for 4 seconds and turn off. When the charge case
is activated and if it has low battery (1-10%) the LEDs will flash green for 4
seconds and turn off.
Connect
- Take out the earbuds from the case. They will power on and connect to each other.
- The earbuds’ LEDs will flash red and green.
- Connect to the earbuds from your phone/device. When the earbuds are connected to your device, they will flash green. Refer to your phone/device manual if needed.

Usage
Gently put the earbuds into your ears. -
Answer and hang up a phone call
Press the button to answer a phone call. Press the button 2 times hang up a phone call. Press and hold the button on either earbud to reject a call. -
Play/Pause
Press the button to play/pause (on either earbud). -
Next song
Press the button 2 times on the right earbud for next song. -
Previous song
Press the button 2 times on the left earbud for previous song. -
Volume
Adjust the volume from your connected device (eg. phone). -
Voice assistant
Press the button on either earbud 3 times to activate voice assistant.
Works for Google assistant and Siri.
Safety instructions
- Never disassemble or modify the product to avoid damage to the product and to avoid danger.
- Do not store in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or over 45°C).
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents when you clean this product.
- Keep Dry
- To avoid hearing damage, make sure that the volume is set to low before connecting. Gradually turn up the volume until you reach a comfortable listening level.
