Multipoint pairing

Multipoint pairing

  1. Disconnect the headphones from the first mobile device. When disconnected, the headphones will automatically switch into Bluetooth pairing mode.
  2. On the second mobile device from the list of detected devices, select headphones to pair them.
  3. After successfully pairing with the second device portable device, reconnect the first device portable with headphones to complete pairing Multipoint.

The Multipoint connection will be established after execution above steps in the given order and switching on the Bluetooth function on both mobile devices.

Note: Creative Outlier Free headphones will automatically initiate Bluetooth pairing when first turned on the power supply. To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, once the headphones are paired with your device, you need to turn off your headphones first.

Charging your Outlier Free headphones

  • Before connecting the headphones to the charger, make sure the magnetic charging cable is properly connected connected to the magnetic charging port. if connected incorrectly or not secured, unplug it and then reconnect it to your headphones.
  • Correct connection of the headphones to the cable for charging will prevent short circuits when the wire current flows.

Master Reset

  • To initiate a master reset, switch your headphones to mode Bluetooth pairing, then press simultaneously the volume up and down buttons and hold them for five seconds. Before turning it off will be played on the Outlier Free headphones voice command “Power Off”.
  • The master reset is used when an occurrence occurs problems when using headphones or in the following situations: Bluetooth pairing error, Random flashing LED indicators or necessity to clear all data.
