【How To Use GlocalMe Cloud SIM Service?】

  1. Download GlocalMe App

    • Download and install Glocal Me app on your mobile phone
      QR Code

  2. Create a GlocalMe Account (In App)

    • Click【Login】-【Register】
    • Follow the steps to register an account (You can register with email or mobile phone number)

      Note: Screens and settings in this user manual may vary by software version.
  3. Link the Numen Air to GlocalMe App

    • Open GlocalMe App and click【Device】-【Add a device by QR code】
    • Scan the device QR-code at the back of the Numen Air model

  4. Purchase GlocalMe Data Plans (In App)

    • Choose the data plans that suit your needs. (You might skip this step if you have ordered data plan while purchasing the device

  5. Turn On Numen Air

    • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds (please charge the device for a while if you cannot turn on the new Numen Air)
    • Restart the device if it has been powered on during device linking

  6. Connect To Wi-Fi

    • Find the Wi-Fi Hospot name and password on the screen or at the back of Numen Air
    • Search GlocalMe network and connect at the Wi-Fi setting of your mobile device(s)

  7. Data Flow Protection Reminder Data management. Enable this function to prevent massive data usage of:

    • Automatic app download and update.
    • Automatic sync of cloud apps.
    • f you can’t access the App Store, please turn this function off.

  8. USB tethering

    • You can connect to the internet without Wi-Fi function by connecting to the windows PC with original USB data cable.

【How To Use A Physical SIM Card?】

(Numen Air is defaulted to operate in CloudSIM service, it can also support local SIM cards)

  1. Insert A SIM Card

    • Open the SIM card slot with a pin and insert a physical SIM card as shown in the below picture. Numen Air supports Nano-SIM card only.

  2. Switch to SIM Card Mode

    • After inserting the SIM card, the system will prompt the notice【CloudSIM is detected and connected to SIM card network】 You can have manually setup via the setting interface 【HyperConn】–【SIM Card Manager】

  3. Unlock the SIM Card (If PIN protected)

    • If the SIM card is in PIN protected, please input the PIN on screen to unlock the SIM card

  4. Set The APN Manually

    • If you still can not connect to the network after the above steps, you must add the APN manually .
    • Click 【HyperConn】 — 【SIM card manager】– 【SIM Card】– 【APN settings】Enter the APN of your SIM card provider according to the instruction and save the setting.

Warning

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF energy. The SAR limit is 1.6 watts per kilogram in countries that set the limit averaged over 1 gram of tissue and 2.0 watts per kilogram in countries that set the limit averaged over 10 grams of tissue. During testing, the device are set to their highest transmission levels in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value.

The device complies with RF specifications and when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the device a minimum of 0.5 cm from the body. The SAR limit adopted is 2.0W/kg averaged over 10 grams of tissue. The highest SAR value reported for the device when properly worn on the body complies with the limit. FCC Regulatory conformance

For body worn operation, the device complies with FCC RF exposure guidelines and when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the device a minimum of 1.0 cm from the body. The SAR limit adopted by the FCC is 1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of tissue. The highest SAR value reported for the device when properly worn on the body complies with the limit. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
  2. this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause. Undesired operation. Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

The purpose of separating WEEE and batteries from other waste is to minimize the potential environmental impacts and human health risk of any hazardous substances that may be present. Do not disassemble or modify, do not short-circuit, do not dispose in fire, do not expose to high temperature, be disable after soaking. Do not squeeze or bump the battery. Do not continue to use if serious.
