Thank you for using our Electric Mini Chopper. This product is one of the electric mini chopper food processor series products independently developed by our company. Unique shape design, easy to clean. It is a good helper in the family kitchen. This product can be used to chop up various kinds of food, shortening your prepping time!  The container bowl is made of food-grade glass, making food more healthy and hygienic.

Method of use

Use steps

1. Clean the chopping bowl, chopping blade, and lid according to the cleaning and maintenance instructions before use.

2. Remove the body and lid and place the chopping bowl in a flat, clean, dry place.

3. Make sure the chopping blade is placed accurately on the rotary axis in the center of the chopping bowl.
| 4.  Put the proper amount of food in the bowl according to the guide for chopping and mixing food. If the position of the chopping blade deviates after putting food into the bowl, please adjust the position of the chopping blade first to ensure meeting the three points above.
5. Put the lid on the bowl, and then put the body on the lid,  check whether it is properly placed, and ensure that the body, chopping blade, and lid are assembled in place.

6. Plug in the power cord and switch on the power supply.

7. Hold the body by hand, press the switch, and the machine starts to work, release the switch, and the machine stops working. For chopping, time refers to the chopping and mixing food guide. Consumers can shorten the chopping time according to their personal preferences.

Note: In order to prolong the service life of this product, the maximum working time is not more than 30 seconds. If the chopping is not completed after 30 seconds, please let the product rest for 2 minutes before continuing to work.

  1. Do not remove the body immediately after use. Wait for the blades to stop rotating, before unplugging the power cord and then removing the body.
  2. Open the lid and take out the chopping blade before removing the food.

(The chopping blade is very sharp, please use extreme caution when handling sharp objects.)
Tips: Do not put water or food materials higher than 158° F(70°C) into the bowl for processing to avoid the deformation of the bowl body caused by heat and water leakage.

Tip: After use, add about 100ml water to the chopping bowl and start the machine to clean easily.

Important Safeguards

  1. This appliance has been designed for use with a 120V electrical outlet. Do not use any other electrical outlet.
  2. Always plug the power cord directly into the wall outlet. Never use the unit with a shared power supply with other appliances may cause damage or fire.
  3. Insert or remove the power cord by holding the plug, never pull on the power cord.
  4. Do not use hard objects to scrape the machine, damage may occur.
  5. Always unplug the machine after use to avoid danger of electric shock, leakage and fire.
  6. This product cannot be used to process hard things, such as bone meat, coffee beans, pepper, ice or frozen food, etc.
  7. The temperature range of the chopping bowl is 0°-50°C. Do not place the chopping bowl in the microwave oven. Do not place extremely hot food in the chopping bowl.
  8. Before adding food, check whether the blade is properly installed and running smoothly. If the blade cannot rotate or rotates slowly, please unplug the power cord first. Check if there is any blockage in the bowl and properly adjust and secure blade and lid.
  9. After adding food, please check if the chopping blade has deviated from the correct position. If the blade does not operate quickly within a few seconds, please unplug the power cord and remove any excess food, and repeat the process.
  10. The blade is extremely sharp, please do not directly touch the blade. Hold the lever on the blade when removing and installing.
  11. Do not exceed the maximum working time of this product (30 seconds). After continuous working for 30 seconds, allow the machine to rest for 2 minutes before using again.
  12. To prevent against electric shock or damage to the machine, do not get the power cord wet. Do not use the machine if the plug or cord is damaged.
  13. If the machine malfunctions during use or is damaged, immediately unplug the cord. Do not use or attempt to repair a malfunctioning appliance!
  14. This machine is not intended to be used by persons with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are under the supervision of a responsible person or have been given proper instructions in using the appliance. This appliance is not intended for use by children.

Before First Use

Before using the Mini Chopper for the first time, wash the components except for the Main Unit and power cord using a dish cloth or nonabrasive sponge with warm, soapy water. Rinse the components with clean water and dry thoroughly.

  • Remove blade protectors before use and cleaning.
  • Place the bowl mat under glass jar to prevent slipping or moving.
  • Never place or use the glass jar in a microwave oven.
  • Do not fill content above the MAX line indicated.
  • Working cycle: After 30 seconds of chopping, let the machine rest for 2 minutes before continuing.

Maintenance

  1. Remove the power plug from the power socket immediately after use.
  2. Each part can be cleaned with detergent and sponge, do not use the hard steel wire to avoid damage to the surface.
  3. Do not immerse the machine in water. Wipe the outer surface of the product with a wet towel only, and do not wash it with water to avoid electric leakage and failure.
  4. When the product is not used for a long time, please clean it and put it into a ventilated and dry place in the packing box, so as not to be affected by moisture.
