IMPORTANT CAUTIONS

FOR SAFE & EFFICIENT USE, READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.

  • Use only butane gas cartridges with low pressure (3-5 kg/cm2), do not use refilled, old, rusty, or deformed fuel cartridges.
  • Do not use fuel cartridges that exposure to sunlight or store at a temperature above 40°C.
  • Do not use the appliance in a windy place (Fig. 1)
  • Place the appliance on a stable and flat surface (Fig. 2)
  • Do not use an oversize pot with a diameter of bottom > 24cm (Fig. 3)

INSTALLING THE FUEL CARTRIDGE

  • Make sure the cartridge is not empty and follow article No. 3 to use the appropriate fuel cartridge.
  • Open the bomb cover, make sure the ignition knob is in OFF position (Fig. 4)
  • Put the fuel cartridge in the right position: locate the notch collar on top of fuel cartridge, align the notch collar with the fuel cartridge index arm (Fig. SA – SEI)
  • Press down the lock lever knob until it is in the LOCK position (Fig. 6) and close the bomb cover.
  • When the fuel cartridge is in the right position, the appliance is ready to ignite.

Attention: while installing the fuel cartridge, if you hear a hissing sound, take the cartridge out and reinstall. Do not ignite the appliance when the cartridge is not in the right position.

 HOW TO IGNITE AND ADJUST THE FLAME

  • Turn the ignition knob to IGNITE position (Fig. 7) until you hear a “click”, the flame will ignite automatically.
  • If there is no flame, turn the ignition knob to the OFF position and repeat the ignition procedure.
  • If there is no flame after 4-5 attempts, follow article No. 8.
  • Turn the ignition knob from High to Low to adjust the flame from strong to small (Fig. 8).

Attention: After the first time ignition, the flame may not spread to the heated burner, after 10-15 seconds use or put the pot on the appliance, the flame is adjusted automatically and steady burn.

HOW TO TURN OFF THE FLAME & TAKE THE CARTRIDGE OUT

  • Turn the ignition knob to the OFF position (Fig. 9).
  • Lift up the lock lever knob to UNLOCK position to disengage the fuel cartridge from the governor (Fig. 10).
  • Open the bomb cover and remove the cartridge from the appliance.

Attention:

  • When interrupting use, turn the ignition knob to OFF position and switch lever knob to UNLOCK position to extinguish the flame and disengage the cartridge out of the governor.
  • After use, take the fuel cartridge out of the appliance.

HOW TO RESET THE SAFETY DEVICE

When using a fuel cartridge with high pressure (normally refilled cartridge) safety device will automatically close, refuse fuel flow into the governor –> no flame although ignite.

  • Follow article No. 4 to take the cartridge out of the appliance.
  • Turn the ignition knob to HIGH position to release fuel out of the governor (Fig. 11).
  • Press the reset knob (red color) until you hear a loud click to set the governor on the default setting (Fig. 12).
  • Replace a new fuel cartridge with acceptable pressure and follow article No. 2 to install.

Attention: Do not change the frame of the governor & other components of the appliance in any situation.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

If fail to ignite the burner after 4-5 attempts –> follow the below steps:
A) Check the fuel cartridge: If it is empty –> replace a new cartridge.
B) If there is fuel in the cartridge, a common problem is the pressure in a cartridge is too high (especially with refilled cartridge), safety shut-off device closed automatically, refuse fuel into the governor, see article No.5
C) If there is fuel in the cartridge & the pressure is acceptable (brand-new cartridge) –> Check the position of spark plug: the gap between the plug and the head burner is 3–>4 mm (Fig. 13)
D) If still cannot ignite, contact the supplier agent, store.

Do not change the frame of the governor in any situation.
