Method of Use

  1. Buckle the rear clip of the big cover onto the middle rack, and press down the front clip of the big cover.

  2. Open the cover of the power cord, take out the power cord, insert the power supply, and gently press the small cover to check whether the machine can operate normally. If no power, reinstall the big cover.

  3. Open the lid and add the prepared ice cubes through the filling port. Each time the amount of ice should not be higher than the feeding mouth, otherwise the small cover will not be in place, resulting in no electricity. Tips: It is best to use 30x20x20 mm tubular ice or refrigerator ice for shaving ice, and other irregular ice should be broken into smaller pieces before use.

  4. Gently press down on the small cover to start shaving ice. Pour the ice out of the ice tray after each batch.

  5. Adjust the thickness of the ice. Adjust the gear of the shaving blade towards the bottom for coarse ice, and towards the top for fine ice.

Disassembly method: press the main unit with the left hand and hold the opening mouth of the big cover with the right hand to lift it up, and then turn the plastic turntable in the middle rack counterclockwise and quickly half turn it up. After cleaning, turn the plastic turntable to the motor wheel and press it down clockwise and turn 90° to cover the big cover. Tips: The shaving blade is very sharp, please pay attention to safety when disassembling and cleaning.

Important Safeguards

  1. The main unit must be placed on a flat, level surface for use. Do not move the machine while operating.
  2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are under the supervision of a responsible person or have been given proper instruction in using the appliance. This appliance is not intended for use by children.
  3. The main unit cannot be cleaned with water. Do not pour water through the filling opening. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
  4. Make sure to properly install the big cover in place, so the micro switch in the machine will be in standby state and the small cover will work when pressed down to operate.
  5. If the appliance is not operating when pressing on the small cover, first check whether the large cover is installed properly. Secondly, check whether the ice cubes are exceeding capacity and remove excess ice so the cover can close properly.
  6. Because ice cubes come in a variety of shapes and sizes, it is normal to find residual ice after operating.
  7. If an ice jam occurs, immediately stop the machine by unplugging the power supply, open the big cover, turn the plastic turntable clockwise with your fingers several times (unplug machine first).
  8. In order to prolong the service life of the motor, it is recommended to allow the machine to rest for 30 minutes during continuous ice shaving.
  9. If the machine was placed in storage for a long period, run it idle for 10-20 seconds before adding ice.
  10. Clean thoroughly and dry all the parts before storing away.
  11. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. If damage occurs, contact customer service.
  12. The blade is very sharp and must be handled with extreme care and caution.
