EDID Notice:

Copy mode: connect the display to the HDMI IN port, then press the button, it’ll copy the EDID to the extender. (After successful operation, the LED lights up for a few seconds and then goes off)

Reset EDID: Press the button for 3 seconds, it’ll reset the EDID to 4K30Hz stereo, (After successful operation, the LED will flash and then turn off)

How to Use:

  1. The HDMI output of the signal source is connected to the HDMI IN at the TX end.
  2. Connect the display device to the HDMI OUT port on the RX end.
  3. Connect one end of the Category 6 network cable to the TX end RJ-45 port.
  4. Connect the other end of the Category 6 network cable to the RJ-45 port on the RX end.
  5. Connect the 12V power plug to the DC 12V socket.

Before power on, please check the connection line carefully. And make sure that all interfaces are normally connected. The common troubles shooting way shows below:

Trouble Description Causes and solutions
  1. Check if the power adaptor head is truly and correctly inserted the power socket.
  2. Check the power switch if it is in on status.

  1. Please to make sure that the connection devices has opened on and connected with the machine well.
  2. Check if the signal source is on and well connected.No Picture
  3. Check the system connection quality.
  4. Check if the line is all good quality.
  5. Check the cable quality.

Obscure Picture|

  1. Try again connect the cable to make sure the connection in good status.
  2. .Check the HDMI cable quality.
