Installation Step Instructions
Step 1: Install the feet Distinguish the front foot (with roller) and rear foot (without roller), align the holes, and then fix them with screws.
Step 2: Install the seat cushion (1) First install the up and down adjustment knob of the cushion to the screw hole, twist 3-5 turns, then insert the seat lifting tube, pull the adjustment knob outward to adjust the hole position, and then tighten it.
Step 3: Install the seat cushion (2) install the front and rear adjusting tube in the upper siot of the lifting tube, and fix the lower part with screws.
Step 4: Install the seat cushion (3) Install the seat cushion on the front and rear adjustment tube, adjust the angie and tighten the screws.
Step 5: Install the handlebar First install the up and down adjustment knob of the handlebar to the screw hole, twist 3-5 turns, then insert the handiebar lifting tube, pull the adjustment knob outward to adjust the hole position, and then tighten it.
Step 6: Install the electronic Meter Fix the electronic meter on the handlebar, connect the two wires on the meter with the two wires on the handlebar, and insert the wire from the bicycle into the metal round hole behind the meter.
Step 7: Install the pedals, the installation is complete.
Distinguish the left (L) and right (R) pedals, install the pedals on the
crank. To tighten them towards the flywheel direction. and loosen them towards
the cushion direction.
Electronic Meter Description
Content Display
(SCAN): Automatically scan and display motion parameters.
(TMR): Display the time duration of your exercise.
(SPD): Display your current motion speed.
(DST): Display your current riding mileage.
(PULSE): Display your current heart rate.
(CAL): Display your current calorie consumption.
Use Instructions

Turn on/off
When any button is pressed or the equipment signal is input, the electronic meter starts to work. If it is not used for 4 minutes, the meter will automatically shut down. -
Clear
In any state, press and hold the middle button of the meter for 3 seconds, all motion data will be cleared. -
Mode
When the function indicator on the display screen flashes, the electronic meter enters the automatic scan mode. At this time, pressing the selection button can lock the meter on a certain motion parameter. -
Scan
When the electronic meter enters the scan mode, the meter automatically scans time, speed, mileage, heart rate, and calories in sequence. -
Battery
The electronic meter of this exercise bike uses a AA5 environmental protection battery, and the battery can be replaced on the back of the meter.

Exercise intensity
For best results, select the correct intensity is necessary.Cardiac
pulsation of the exercise intensity is based on your choice, and the following
calculation formula is customarily used in the selection of intensity.
Maximum heart rate = 200 – Age
Please keep the heart rate during exercise between 60% -85% of maximum, When a
few weeks before the beginning of exercise, your maximum heart rate should be
maintained at 60%, continued to improve your flexibility, maximum heart rate
will be gradually adjusted to 85%.
Fat consumption
The body begins to burn fat at about 60% of the maximum heart rate, in
order to achieve optimal fat burning efficiency, it is recommended to keep the
maximum heart rate between 60% to 70%. The best amount of training should be
more than twice a week, 30 minutes each time.
For example, you are 40 years old and plan to start exercising this year.
Heartbeat limit value is 200-40 (age)=160/min
Minimum heart rate: heartbeat limit value60%, that is 16060%=96/min
Maximum heart rate: heartbeat limit value70%, that is 16070%=112/min
In the first week, it is recommended to start witha heart rate of 96, and then
slowly increase to 112, which can ensure your lasting exercise.

Warm up
You should warm up for 5-10 minutes before each exercise. You can do some stretching exercises and aerobic training. -
Exercise phase
When the actual maximum heart rate reaches 70%-85%, the length of time you exercise can be calculated according to the following formula: Daily training volume: about 10 minutes/unit 2-3 times per week: about 30 minutes/unit 1-2 times per week: about 60 minutes/unit -
Relax
In the last 5-10 minutes, the body’s metabolism should be completely relaxed. Stretching exercises can help you prevent muscle strain. -
