Product Usage Instructions

- Install the rails by placing them flush in the cut-out and pushing them apart. The installation situation varies depending on the distance from the rear edge of the cut-out. Screw in the left- and right-hand rails using the recommended screws and positions.
- Screw on the rails to secure them in place.
- Install the cover strip by screwing in the two brackets on the rails and placing the cover strip in place. Tighten the screws so that the cover strip is lying flush with the worktop. Stick the sealing strips onto the gap between the cover strip and the worktop.
- Observe the safety instructions when installing the optional accessory. Wear protective gloves as components inside the appliance may have sharp edges.
- Keep packaging material away from children to prevent suffocation.

Included with the appliance
After unpacking all parts, check for any damage in transit and the
completeness of the delivery. → Fig. 2
Checking the units
Check whether the fitted unit is level and has sufficient load-bearing
capacity.
Preparing the units
Requirement: The unit is suitable for installation.

For the 80 cm appliance dimension: Establish a cut-out in the worktop. → Fig. 3 , → Fig. 4 , → Fig. 5 , → Fig. 6
The angle between the cut surface and the worktop must be 90°. -
For the 90 cm appliance dimension: Establish a cut-out in the worktop. → Fig. 7 , → Fig. 4
The angle between the cut surface and the worktop must be 90°. -
Ensure that the worktop has sufficient load-bearing capacity and stability.
Use a heat- and humidity-resistant reinforcing material for any substructure. -
Ensure that the fitted unit is still stable after the cut-outs have been made.

Remove any shavings.

Depending on the installation position, remove the back panel of the fitted unit.
Preparing the rails
- In each case, slide a short rail into a long shelf.
- In each case, screw in the rails loosely using two screws. → Fig. 8
There are various screw positions depending on
the cabinet width (90 cm/100 cm/120 cm).
Installing the rails
- Place the prepared rails so that they are flush in the cut-out and push them apart . → Fig. 9
- Installation situation A: Screw in the left- and righthand rails. → Fig. 10
- Installation situation B: From the rear edge of the cut-out, measure 125 mm to the front and screw in the left- and right-hand rails → Fig. 11
- Installation situation C: From the rear edge of the cut-out, measure 125 mm to the front and screw in the left- and right-hand rails . → Fig. 12
- Screw on the rails. → Fig. 13
Installing the cover strip
- Screw in the 2 brackets on the rails. → Fig. 14
- Put the cover strip in place and tighten the screws once again so that the cover strip is lying flush with the worktop. → Fig. 15
- Stick the 2 sealing strips onto the gap between the cover strip and the worktop. → Fig. 16
