INSTALLING THE WALL MOUNT

The Soundbass Bose Sound bar Wall Bracket kit contains all necessary items for wall mounting, such as brackets, screws, and a template with four different layouts. To mount the soundbar, Use tools like a Phillips screwdriver, drill, masking tape, level, pencil, and goggles ..

1. The wall mounting template in the box includes four different layouts for various Bose sound bars. To determine which layout to follow, align the two rubber pads on the bottom of your sound bar with the four templates. You’ll need to use the template that matches the spacing of the pads on your soundbar.
   

2. Find the center of your TV mark with a pencil, get two pieces masking tape ready to attach the template

3. Position the template on the wall and align it with the bottom of your TV

4. Ensure the soundbar is straight using a level and tape the template to the wall.

5. Make four markings on the wall for drilling brackets fixing holes.

6. Remove the template from the wall.
   

7. Drill holes according to the given specifications, considering if they are on studs, or not. Use Cobra wall anchors (Raw Plugs) for brick, concrete or non-stud holes.

   • If you hit a stud, use a 1/8″(4mm) hole.
   • If you do not hit a stud, widen the hole with a 5/16″(8mm) drill bit.
   • For holes not on a stud, use a wall anchor (raw plugs).

4. Mounting the wall mount bracket

   • Use larger pointed screws to attach wall brackets
   • Be careful not to over tighten screws
     
     IMPORTANT: Before drilling any holes ensure all measurement and ensure the marks are perfectly level.

5. Prep the soundbar by peeling off its rubber pads
   

6. The TV Speaker has a slightly different fixing method remove the rubber grommets shown below
   

7. Mount the sound bar on the brackets and secure it

   • Ensure the mounting points align
   • Prevent the sound bar from falling by keeping one hand on it
   • Tighten the small flat screws to secure the soundbar to the brackets
   • Run the power and TV connection cables

8. Adjusting The Sound bar Position

   • Run the power and TV connection cables
   • Adjust the wall mount to your perfect listening position
   • Remember for the best Dolby Atmos performance the top screens should be in front of the screen
   • Secure the wall mount using the spanner provided
