Thoroughly clean the inside of the outer frame and the entire area around the wall cutout. The surfaces must be clean and free of dust and grease.
-
Please apply sealant evenly and as thick as your thumb to the inside of the outer frame.
Recommendation: DEKAseal 8936 or SikaLastomer 710
ATTENTION! Observe the instructions of the sealant manufacturer!
-
Center the outer frame in height and width in the wall cutout and carefully press the frame against the vehicle wall so that the sealant can spread evenly.
-
While one person holds and fixes the window frame from the outside, the second person should counter-screw the supplied interior mounting frame with the supplied screws from the inside. Attention: Please do not overtighten the screws!
-
Once the window installation is complete, the optional blackout system can be installed if required. Depending on the installation situation and the existing wall thickness, an additional wooden frame may be required for mounting the blackout system. This must be manufactured individually and by the customer. At the four outer corners of the frame are the holes for the screw connection. Fasten the blackout system with the supplied fastening screws and tighten the screws lightly by hand. Check that the mosquito net and the blackout can be moved easily. Close the screw holes with the four cover caps and remove all protective foils.
WARNING! Heat accumulation between the glass pane and the blackout system
may damage the product.
Do not close the blackout system completely when there is strong sunlight and
the associated high temperatures.

- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. These can damage the acrylic glass. Gentle cleaning with water or soapy water is recommended (depending on the degree of soiling of the window).
