CARBEST RW Motion Real Glass Sliding Window

Product Information

The RW MOTION is a window installation kit designed for vehicles. It is compatible with various window sizes and has a minimum wall thickness requirement of 30 mm. The kit includes a frame, screws, polyurethane sealant, and optional accessories such as blinds and mosquito screens.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Check whether the window size matches the vehicle installation hole. Ensure that the minimum wall thickness is 30 mm.
2. Apply polyurethane sealant evenly to the border of the frame. Recommended sealants include Sika Lastomer 710 (black) or DEKAseal 8936 (anthracite).
3. Align the window with the installation hole and push it flat against the hole. Have a second person push from the outside until the screws are fixed.
4. To install the window to the vehicle, use cross groove pan head self-tapping screws via the narrow mounting frame from the inside. Tighten the screws crosswise.
5. If applicable, align and install the blind and mosquito screens. The darkening blind should be placed on the lower side, and the mosquito screen on the upper side.
6. Remove the PVC strip from the window for a clear view.

Installation Instruction

1. Check whether the window size matches the vehicle installation hole. Minimum wall thickness is 30 mm.
2. Please apply polyurethane sealant evenly to the border of the frame.
   • Recommendation: Sika Lastomer 710, black or DEKAseal 8936, anthracite).
3. The window is aligned with the installation hole and then pushed flat against the installation hole. A second person should push against from the outside until the screws are fixed.
4. To install the window to the vehicle, cross groove pan head self-tapping screws via the narrow mounting frame from the inside. Tighten screws crosswise.
5. Install the rubber to cover the screws.
6. The blind is aligned with the installation hole, evenly distance from top to bottom to side of the installation hole, there is a groove between the inner edge of the blind and with window to match up the installation.
   • Note: the darkening blind is on the lower side, mosquito screen is on the upper side.
7. Remove the PVC strip
8. Install the blind to the vehicle with cross groove countersunk head self-tapping screw via installation groove. If the installation frame interferes during installation, you need to drill a hole. Under each screw hole, you need to configure a 23 x 14 x 20 mm installation block by yourself.
9. Install the PVC strip to the blind.
10. Finally, peel off the protective film and remove the plug of the water hole at the bottom of the window.
