Follow these instructions:

  • Do not use this TV near water.

  • Set up the unit according to the supplied Quick Start Guide and this manual.
  • Be careful not to pinch or run the power cord, especially when plugged into the power outlet and DC input.
  • Avoid routing the power cord over sharp edges.
  • Disconnect the TV from the power supply during thunderstorms or extend-ed periods of non-use.

Be careful not to expose the unit to rain or moisture to reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock. The TV should be kept away from spray and dripping water and no objects filled with liquids should be placed on the TV.

NOTE:
Do not place any open heat sources (stoves, candles, etc.) near or on the TV.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
This device complies with all current safety regulations. The following safety tips are intended to protect the user from reckless use and the resulting dangers.

  • Although this instrument has been manufactured with the utmost care and subjected to a rigorous final inspection before it leaves the factory, there is the possibility, as with any other electrical device, that problems may arise. lmme-diately disconnect the device from the mains in case of smoke, excessive heat or any other unnatural appearance.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation of the device! Never place the device near or under a curtain!
  • The mains plug or device plug is used to disconnect the device from the mains and should be easily accessible at any time.
  • The device may only be connected to a power supply that corresponds to the power supply specified on the rating plate located on the back of the device. Never connect the device to any other type of power supply.

  • The screen is made of plastic, which may flake off if damaged. To prevent injury, carefully collect sharp-edged plastic splinters.
  • Avoid placing the unit on surfaces that are not solid or level.
  • To protect the unit from lightning, disconnect it from the mains and disconnect the antenna. Warning: Do not touch the RF antenna connector.
  • For safety reasons disconnect the device from the mains if you leave your flat for a longer period of time.
  • When switched on, the device heats up. To avoid overheating, never place covers or blankets on the device. Never cover the ventilation holes. Never place the device near sources of heat. Avoid direct sunlight on the device. Keep a 5 cm (2,) clearance to the environment when placing it on a shelf.
  • Keep water or moisture away from the unit. Do not use the device in a wet or damp environment such as a bathroom, a steam room or near a swimming pool.
  • Do not use the device if moisture condensation may occur.
  • Any repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
  • Never open the device. Repairs not carried out by qualified personnel may be the cause of a fire.
  • Liquids that have entered the device can be a cause of serious damage. Turn the unit OFF and disconnect it from the mains. Contact your dealer or customer service.
  • Never remove the safety covers. There are neither usable nor maintainable components inside the device. You would lose your warranty claim. The device may only be serviced by the manufacturer.
  • Never hit or shake the screen as this could damage the internal circuitry. Gently handle the remote control and do not drop it.
  • Never place hot objects or naked flames in the immediate vicinity of the TV.
  • Clean the appliance with a soft cloth. Never use solvents or liquids on oil basics. For stubborn stains, you can use a damp cloth with diluted detergent.

HEADPHONE WARNING
Loud music listening can lead to permanent hearing loss. Therefore, do not set too loud a volume level when listening to music with headphones, especially when listening to music for a long time.

ABOUT THE SET-UP LOCATION
Place the TV in a location away from direct sunlight or strong light sources. For a comfortable look, soft, indirect light is recommended. To prevent direct sunlight from entering the screen, use curtains or roller blinds/blinds. Place the TV on a firm and level surface. This serves as a prevention against falling down of the device. Place the TV so that objects can not get into the unit. Make sure that nothing on the device and the monitor acts as this may cause damage.

Description of the buttons and their function on the TV:

  • VOL +: Louder
  • VOL-: Quieter
  • CH+: Next channel
  • CH-: Previous channel
  • INPUT: Opens input sources
  • MENÜ: OSD Menü open/close

REMOTE CONTROL

The remote uses infrared (IR). Hold the remote control in the direction of the front of the LED TV. If the remote control is out of reach or angle, the remote control may not operate properly.

COMMON INTERFACE/CI SLOT

This TV is equipped with a Cl + slot and supports the following digital standards: DVB-T / T2HD, DVB-S / S2 and DVB-C

Common Interface/ Slot
The Cl slot (Cl +) is designed to accept conditional access modules (CAM ) and smart cards to access pay-TV and other services. Contact your pay-TV service provider for more information about modules and subscriptions.

Note:

  • Conditional Access modules and smart cards are sold separately.
  • Turn off your TV before inserting modules into the Cl slot.
  • Then insert the smart card into the module.
  1. Turn on the TV and make sure source DTV is selected.
  2. When the CAM is detected, the following text is displayed on the screen: Cl module inserted“. Wait a few seconds for the card to activate
  3. Now select the desired pay-TV program.
  4. Detailed information about the used smart card is displayed.
  5. Press the [OK] key to enter the Cl menu. See the module manual for details about the settings.
  6. When the module is removed, the following text appears on the screen: Cl module removed”.

SWITCH THE TV ON/OFF

  • Make sure that the power cord is plugged in and the toggle switch is activated.
  • Switch on the device using the [POWER] button on the device or the remote control.

NOTE
The device has a toggle switch with which the device can be completely de- energized.

GENERAL OPERATION

  1. The device menu is operated with the following buttons.
  2. Help is also displayed in the respective menu item with which buttons and additional functions can be carried out.
    • Navigate in the menu (up/down/left/right):
    • Confirm menu item: [OK]
    • Back/Exit: [EXIT]
    • Call up device menu: [MENU]
    • Open input source menu: [Input]
    • Smart TV: [HOME ]
    • Additional functions: [red/green/yellow/blue]

FIRST INSTALLATION

Turn on a device
Switch on the device using the controls on the device or the remote control to start the initial installation of the device and to set the device.

  1. Make sure that the toggle switch is on.
  2. Press the [POWER] button on the device or on the remote control to switch the device on.

Language
Select the desired menu language.

  1. Use the [▲ ▼ ] buttons to navigate in the menu and select the desired language.
  2. Confirm the entry with the [ ] button and move to the next menu item ” Country or Region”.

Time zone
Select the time zone.

  1. Use the buttons [ ▲ ▼ ] to navigate in the menu and select the desired time zone.
  2. Use the [ ] button to go to the next menu item “Network”.
  3. Use the [ ] key to go to the previous menu item “Country or Region”.

Network
In order to be able to access the SMART TV content after the initial installation, it is necessary to connect the device to the Internet via WLAN or LAN. Select your network and connect the device to your network. lf your W-LAN is secured with a password/network key, this is required to connect to the network.

Note:

  • If you want to skip the setting or carry out it at a later time, select ” Skip”.
  • Not connected: The device is not connected to any network.
  • Connected: The device is connected to a network.
  1. Use the [ ▲ ▼ ] buttons to navigate in the menu.
  2. Select the type of connection you want (WLAN / LAN).
    • LAN: The connection to your network is established automatically. WLAN: Follow the instructions for the WLAN settings.
  3. Select your network from the network list.
  4. Enter your WiFi password. Click the “ Next” button to close the keyboard.
  5. Navigate to the “OK” menu item to confirm the password entry.
  6. If the password entry worked, the status” Connected” is now displayed under the network.
  7. Navigate to the” Confirm” button and press the [OK] button to complete the network entry.

Welcome
Select whether you want to switch to the Smart TV interface or the TV area next.

  1. Press the [ ▲ ▼ ] buttons to navigate in the menu.
  2. Use the [OK] key to select the desired menu item.
  3. The initial installation is now complete.

Smart TV mode
if you have selected the menu item “Smart TV mode”, the device changes to Smart TV mode and you have access to various Internet content.

TV mode
if you have selected the “TV mode” menu item, the device switches to TV mode and you have access to various station contents.

  1. The device starts with the input source “DVB-T”.
  2. Press the [INPUT] button to switch to DVB-C or DVB-S.

CHOOSE INPUT SOURCE
In the Input Source menu, you can select the various inputs and connections of the Smart TV.

  1. Use the [INPUT] key to open the reception source menu.
  2. Use the [ ▲ ▼ ] buttons to select the desired source.
  3. Confirm the entry with the [OK] key and switch to the selected source.
  4. You can close the menu by pressing the [EXIT] key.

MODE

SATELLITE MODE (DVB-S)
Press the [INPUT] button and select the input source “ DVB-S” to switch to satellite mode. The” Dish Setup” is divided into three columns.

  • Confirm: Press the [OK] button to select a menu item to confirm.
  • Move: Use the [ ▲ ▼ ]buttons to navigate in the menu.
  • Function: Press the [MENU] key to access the following functions: Delete / Edit / Add / Select All/ Scan
  • EXIT: Press the [EXIT] key to return to the previous menu.

Automatic station search

  1. Select a satellite (e.g. Astra 19.2E). Press the [OK] button to highlight the satellite.
  2. Press the [MENU] button and select “ Scan”.
  3. Now select the “ Search mode”, the “Channel type” and the “Program type”.
  4. Navigate to the menu item “Confirm” and press the [OK] button to start the search.
  5. When the search is complete, DVB-S playback starts with the first station.
    • Scan Mode: standard channel list / standard search / blind search
    • Channel Type: All channels / Free channels
    • Service Type: TV / Radio / DTV / Radio

NOTE:

  • You can cancel the search with the [EXIT] button.
  • The search mode “Default channel list” is recommended.

Manual station search

  1. Navigate to a satellite and then press the [ ] button to access the transponder list.
  2. Select a transponder on which the station search is to be carried out.
  3. Press the [MENU] button and select “SCAN”.
  4. Now select the “Search mode”, the “Channel type” and the “Program type”.
  5. Navigate to the menu item “Confirm” and press the [OK] button to start the search.
  6. The stations found are added to the station list.

LNB settings

  1. Navigate to a satellite and then press the [ ] button to access the LNB settings.
  2. Various settings can be made in the menu. The settings are only recommended for experienced users. The preset settings do not need to be changed for normal use.
  • LNB type: 09750/10600, 09750/10750, 05150, 05750, 09750, 10600, 10750, 11300, 11475, manual entry
  • LNB Power: 13V / 18V, 18V, 13V, off
  • 22KHz: Auto, On, Off
  • Unicable: On, Off
  • Toneburst: Off, Burst A, Burst B
  • DiSEqC1.O: Off, LNB1~LNB4
  • DiSEqC1.1: Off, LNB1~LNB16

Function:
Use the [MENU] key to open the function menu for the following options:

  • Delete: Delete a marked satellite/transponder.
  • Edit: Edit a selected satellite/transponder.
  • Add: Create a new satellite/transponder.
  • Select all: Select or deselect all satellites/transponders.
  • Scan: Starts the search for a selected satellite/transponder.

DVB-T/T2HD MODE
Press the [INPUT] button and select the input source “ DVB-T” to switch to DVB-T mode. lf you have selected the DVB-T mode for the first time, the following settings are available:

  • Country or Region: Select the country or region.
  • Automatic station search: Start the automatic station search.
  • Manual station search: Access the manual settings.
  • LCN: On/ Off (The setting “Off” is recommended).
  • 5V: On/ Off (5V voltage for active DVB-T Antennas).

Auto Tuning

  1. Select “Digital Auto Tuning”.
  2. Navigate to” OK” to start the search or to “Caneel” not to start the search.
  3. Once you have confirmed the search, the search begins. The number of channels found is displayed.
  4. Once the search is complete, DVB-T playback begins with the first station.
    Note: You can cancel the search with the [EXIT] key.

Manual Tuning

  1. Select “Manual Tuning”.
  2. The following settings are available:
    • Channel: Select the channel to be searched for.
    • Frequency (MHz): The frequency changes with the selection of the channel.
    • Bandwidth (M): Select the bandwidth.
  3. Select “Start scan” to start the manual station search.
  4. The stations found are added to the station list.

DVB-C MODE
Press the [INPUT] button and select the input source “ DVB-C” to switch to DVB-C mode. if you have selected the DVB-C mode for the first time, the following settings are available:

  • Country or Region: Select the country or region.
  • Automatic station search: Start the automatic station search.
  • Manual station search: Access the manual settings.

Digital Auto Tuning:

  1. Select “Digital Auto Tuning”.
  2. Navigate to “OK” to start the search or to “Cancel” not to start the search.
  3. Once you have confirmed the search, you have the following setting options:
    • Search mode: Quick Scan / Full Scan
    • Frequency (MHz): Auto / Manual
    • Network ID: Auto/ Manual.
  4. Select “Start” to start the automatic station search.
  5. Once the search is complete, DVB-C playback begins with the first station.
    Note: You can cancel the search with the [EXIT] button.

Digital Manual Tuning

  1. Select “Manual station search”.
  2. The following settings are available:
    • Channel: Select the channel to be searched for.
    • Frequency (MHz): The frequency changes with the selection of the channel.
    • Modulation (M): Set the modulation.
    • Symbol rate: Set the symbol rate.
  3. Select “Start scan” to start the manual station search.
  4. The stations found are added to the station list.
  1. Press the [Menu] button to access the menu settings.
  2. Use the [ ▲ ▼ ] buttons to navigate in the menu.
  3. In the menu, you have access to various setting options.
  4. The menu is divided into the following three menu columns. Channel / TV Options/ Quick Menu

CHANNEL MENU
In the “Channel menu,” you have access to the following menu items:

Program Guide
Displays program and channel information.

  • Red: Set recording or reminder timer.
  • Green: Select the previous day.
  • Yellow: Select the next day.
  • Blue: Opens the list of all scheduled recordings.

Channel Edit
Edit and customize the channel list according to your preferences.

  • Red: Deletes the selected channel.
  • Green: Skip ”On”/“Off” Selected station to Mark skips.
  • Yellow: Move the selected channel. Press again to enter a program number. Press [OK] to confirm the move.
  • FAV: Add/remove selected stations from the favorites list.

NOTE:
It is possible to save the channel list to a USB flash drive and also to transfer a channel list from a USB medium to the TV.

  • Country or Region
    Select the country or region.

  • Auto Tuning
    Start the automatic station search (see DVB-S/T/C mode settings).

  • Manual Tuning
    Start the manual station search (see DVB-S/T/C mode settings).

Record
Enter the recording settings.

  • Recording Disk Select: Select the recording location.
  • Timeshift Config: Off/On Start/stop recording.
  • Start/Stop Recording: Timer list: Opens the timer list.
  • Recorded List: Opens the recording list.

Subtitle Language
Select the subtitle language. The selection depends on the broadcaster.

Multi Audio
Select the audio language. The selection depends on the broadcaster.

DTV Setting
Open the DTV settings. The following menu items are available for selection in the menu.

  • LCN (DVB-C/T): On/ Off
  • Common Interface: Access to the Cl menu.
  • Subtitle Type: Set the subtitle type.
  • Primary Subtitle: Set the primary subtitle.
  • Secondary Subtitle: Set the secondary subtitle.
  • Audio Type: Set the audio type.
  • Primary Audio: Set the primary audio.
  • Secondary Audio: Set the primary audio.
  • 5V: On / Off (setting gs for active DVB-T antennas).

CHANNEL LIST USB EXPORT CONFIG.

  1. The individual channel list can be saved to a USB flash drive. Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port of the TV.
    NOTE: The USB flash drive must be formatted for FAT32.

  2. Press Remote control INPUT+0000 to enter the Hotel menu, start Hotel Mode, and select Export Config., there is an Export Config. dialogue box, select OK, there is a prompt on the screen a few seconds later: Export success!

Channel list USB Import Config.

  1. Connect the above USB flash drive to another TV.
  2. Power on the TV, press remote control INPUT+0000 to enter the Hotel menu, start Hotel Mode, and select Import Config., there is an Import Config. dialogue box, select OK, there is a prompt on the screen: Import succeed, Channel Date Need Refresh, Please wait a few Seconds.

NOTE:
Data transfer within the Carbest model series 49881/ 49883/ 49885/ 49886 is unproblematic. For TV sets from other manufacturers, it depends on whether this function is likewise supported.

TV OPTIONS
In the” TV Option” menu you have access to the following menu items:

Picture
Adjust the picture settings to suit your preferences. The following setting options are available.

  • Picture mode: Standard/ Dynamic / Mild/ User
  • Brightness: 0-100 (can only be set in the User image mode).
  • Contrast: 0-100 (can only be set in the User image mode).
  • Color: 0-100 (can only be set in the User image mode)
  • Sharpness: 0-100 (can only be set in the User image mode)
  • Color temperature: normal/warm/cold
  • DNR: Medium / High / Off
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 / 4:3 / Zoom 1 / Zoom 2 / Panorama / Auto

Volume
Adjust the sound settings to suit your preferences. The following setting options are available:

  • Sound mode: Standard / Cinema / Music / User
  • Bass: 0-100 (Can only be set in the User sound mode).
  • Treble: 0-100 (Can only be set in the User sound mode).
  • Balance: -50~+50 (Only the left or right speakers are active).
  • Surround: Off/ On
  • AVL: Off/ On
  • Digital audio output: PCM / Off
  • Audio description: On / Off (AD level 0-100).

Timer
Adjust the time settings to suit your preferences. The following setting options are available:

  • OSD time: Off / 10/20/30/40/50/60 (seconds)
  • Sleep timer: Off/ 15/ 30/ 60/ 90/ 120/ 180(seconds)
  • Automatic shutdown: Off / 1/ 2/ 3/ 4 (hours)

System lock

  1. Enter the standard password to access the “System lock” menu item.
  2. The following menu items are available on the menu:
    • System lock: Off/ On
    • Source Lock: Lock input sources (only available if the system locks “On”).
    • Channel Lock: Lock transmitter (only available if system lock “On” ).
    • Program Restrictions: Off/ 4 – 18 (only available if system lock “On”).
    • Change PIN: Adapt the PIN. The default pin is “0000”. Enter current Pin> Enter new Pin> New Pin to confirm.

Setting
The following setting options are available:

  • Menu Language: Set the menu language (e.g.German, English, French, etc.).
  • Teletext Language: Set the Teletext language (e.g. Western Europe, Eastern Europe, etc.). Location: harne / business
  • Reset TV: Restores the default settings. The device then restarts.

CEC
In this menu, you set the HDMI settings.

  • HDMI CEC Setup: Off/ On
  • Device Auto Power Off: Off/ On (switches compatible devices off when switched off with “off”).
  • TV Auto Power On: Off/ On (switches compatible devices when switched on with “On”).
  • CEC device list: Lists the connected devices.
  • Amplifier Support ARC: Off/ On (sound output via HDMI to external compatible devices e.g. Soundbars).
  • Speaker Preference: Set the loudspeaker through which the sound should be output.

QUICK MENU
In the quick menu you have the possibility to change the following settings directly without having to go to further submenus.

SMART TV AND SMART TV SETTINGS

  1. Navigate to the gear symbol [Settings] in the top right corner of the home screen and confirm your entry with the OK button.
  2. In the settings menu of Smart TV mode you have access to the following menu items: Network Setting/ Time Setting/ Common / About TV

Network setting

Wired Network (LAN):

  • Perform a manual setup of the LAN connection.

Wireless Network (WLAN):

  • Wifi Switch (On/ Off): Switch the WLAN function “On” or “Off”.
  • Wifi Switch (On/ Off): Switch the WLAN function “On” or “Off”.
  • Manual Setting: Set the “IP”, “Gateway” and “DNS” manually.
  • Add Network: Search specifically for hidden networks. Need to do this with the exact network name.
  • Network list: List of all WLAN networks found.

MAC
Shows the Mac address for the LAN and WLAN connection. This may be required when connecting to your router.

Time setting
Automatic Date & Time:

  • Use network-provided time: Set the time and date using Internet information.
  • Use transport stream-provided: Provides the time and date stored in the device information.
  • Off: No automatic time and date setting.

Time zone
Set the time zone according to the site.

Set time

  • Set the time manually. The menu item is only active if the menu item “Autom.
  • Date/ Time Setting “is set to” Off “.

Set date:
Set the date manually. The menu item is only active if the menu item “Autom. Date/ Time Setting “is set to” Off “.

Daylight Saving:
Set the daylight saving time “On” or “Off”.

24 hours:
Set the time format. On: 24 hour format Off: 12 hour format

Common:

Language Setting:
Set the menu language for Smart TV mode and TV mode.

Input Method:
Change the keyboard that appears. Only if other designs are available.

Wallpaper Manage:
Set the background graphic of the Smart TV Horne screen.

Application Manage:
In this menu you can manage your installed apps.

  • Installed Applications: Shows all installed apps.
  • Uninstall applications: Shows all apps that can be uninstalled.

Screen Saver:
The screen saver is activated after approx. 5 minutes if there is no input or playback.

  • On: Screen saver is activated.
  • Off: Screen saver is deactivated.

System Recovery:

  • This setting resets the device to the delivery state. All settings made and installed apps are reset.
  • After a short time, the device switches to standby mode and then the device starts with the initial installation menu item “Language”.

About TV
The menu item “Systeminfo” provides information about the installed hardware:

  • CPU: Shows the name of the CPU.
  • GPU: Displays the name of the GPU.
  • RAM: Shows the installed RAM.
  • ROM: Displays the maximum installed memory.
  • ROM Available: Displays the currently available memory.

SMARTPHONE DISPLAY MIRROR

You can mirror your smartphone display onto the TV display. To do this, follow the instructions.

Android

  1. Start the pre-installed APP “Screen mirroring” on the TV.
  2. Activate the display mirroring function on your smartphone.
  3. Select the TV set from the device list.
  4. Accept the connection on the TV.
  5. The devices are connected and your smartphone display is now shown on the TV.

iPhone

  1. Make sure that your iPhone and the Smart TV are on the same network or set up a hotspot with your iPhone.
  2. Start the preinstalled APP “iMirror” on the TV.
  3. Activate the screen mirroring function on your iPhone.
  4. Select the TV set from the device list.
  5. Accept the connection on the TV.
  6. The devices are connected and your smartphone display is now shown on the TV.

Note:
Smartphones and smart TVs do not have to be on the same network. To connect the devices, press the [EXIT] button.

USB PLAYBACK

  1. Press the [ HOME ] button to go to the “SMART TV interface”.
  2. Navigate to the “ My Applications “ category and select “ Media Player”.
  3. You can play “Photos”, “Music” and “ Videos” with the media player.
  4. Choose between “Photos” / “ Music” / “ Video”.
  5. Select memory: Example “sda1”
  6. You can then select the folder or file.
  7. Start playback with the [OK] button.
  8. Select the file and start playback with the [OK] button.
  9. During playback, you can control playback with the menu that appears.

HOTEL MODE
In hotel mode, you can make various settings to restrict or permanently set the device function.

  1. Press the [INPUT] button on the remote control and enter “0000”.
  2. You are now in hotel mode.
  3. In hotel mode you have the following setting options.

Hotel mode: On / Off
Switch the hotel mode On or Off to get access to the following setting options.

Lock Menu key: On / Off
Activate the menu item to lock the device menu.

  • On: Device menu is locked.
  • Off: Device menu is not locked.

Keypad Lock: On / Off
Activate the menu item to deactivate the control panel on the device On: Control panel is locked Off: Control panel is no longer locked.

Channel Scan Lock: On/ Off
Set the standard source with which the device should start. lf ATV, DVB-S / T / C is selected, a start channel can also be selected.

Default Source:
Select the station or program number with which the device should start. The function is only available if ATV, DVB-S / T / C has been selected for “Start source”.

Max. Volume:
Set the value for the maximum volume. lf you have selected a value, the device cannot be set louder than this value during operation.

Power On Volume: On / Off

  • Activate the menu item “Standard volume” to activate the menu item “Select standard volume”. On: Select standard volume is adjustable.
  • Off: Select standard volume cannot be set.

Power On Volume:
Set the value with which the device should start when it is switched on. Please note the standard volume is not higher than the maximum volume that can be set. The menu item can only be set if “Standard Volume” is set to “ On”.

Export Config:
Select the menu item to copy all settings to a USB stick.

  1. Insert an empty USB stick into the USB socket and press the [OK] button.
  2. Confirm the query with the [OK] button.
  3. Exporting begins.
  4. When the process is complete, this is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Note: The exported file is only suitable as a backup of the settings of this device.

Import Config:
Select the menu item to import the settings exported by this device from a USB stick.

  1. Insert the USB stick with the exported file into the USB socket and press the [OK] button.
  2. Confirm the query with the [OK] button.
  3. The import begins and the device restarts.
  4. After the restart, the files have been imported.

Note: Only use the file exported from this device for importing.

Change PIN:
Select the menu item to change the standard pin “0000”.

  1. Confirm the menu item with the [OK] key and enter the new password. As long as you have not yet entered the new password, it will be displayed as a placeholder.
  2. Navigate to OK and confirm your entry with the [OK] button.
  3. The password has been adjusted.

EASY TROUBLESHOOTING

lf the screen goes down or the power goes down greatly, check the screen according to the following instructions: Also, check connected equipment to identify the source of the problem. lt the screen still does not work as expected, contact Customer Support.

No electricity

  • Check the connections on the TV and on the external devices.
  • Check if the toggle switch is set to On.

No picture or no sound

  • Make sure the TV is plugged in and turned on.
  • Check if the antenna is connected correctly.
  • Switch to another program.

Bad picture quality

  • Check if the antenna cable is connected correctly.
  • Make sure that the channel is tuned correctly.
  • Change the picture settings: Brightness, Colour, Sharpness, Contrast, Hue.
  • Make sure the TV is away from other electrical appliances that may cause radio frequency interference.

No colour

  • Adjust the colour settings.
  • Check if the selected program is broadcast in colour.
  • Make sure that the channel is tuned correctly.

The TV does not respond to the remote control

  • Make sure there are no obstacles between the remote control and the TV.
  • Make sure the remote control is within range.
  • Make sure that the batteries in the remote control are not empty.

This TV is intended for home use and classified as harmless with respect to electromagnetic waves. Therefore, you can use the device anywhere, including residential areas.
