  29. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to the battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch on invites accidents;
  30. Disconnect the battery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing appliance. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the appliance accidentally;
  31. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack;

Household use only

CAUTION:

  1. Make sure the plug is well inserted to avoid electric shock, short circuit, and fire;
  2. Immediately cut off the power supply and unplug in case of product distortion, overheating unusual smell, and sound during charging or operation. Place the product in an open and non-combustible area. Have servicing performed by the manufacturer or a qualified repair person. This will ensure that safety is maintained;
  3. Do not pour water on the product or plug or immerse them in water;
  4. If the brush roller fails, turn off the vacuum cleaner immediately. Check if the brush roller is wrapped by hair or other excessively long fibers and clean;
  5. Keep the vacuum cleaner away from someone carrying a pacemaker device during use;
  6. Keep the vacuum cleaner out of the reach of children or pets to avoid injuries when it is attached on the wall mount for storage;
  7. When charging with the wall mount, make sure the main unit fits perfectly against the wall mount to avoid falling off and causing injuries;
  8. When charging the main unit, make sure the battery indicator is on;
  9. Keep children away from the wall mount, especially one with a charging function. Product falling during charging can cause hazards such as electric shock due to leakage;
  10. Do not drop the product. Do not place the product under any mechanical stress. Prevent the product from colliding with other objects;
  11. Timely clean the dust cup to guarantee good air ventilation, so as to avoid poor suction or motor heating caused by air blockage;
  12. Protect the vacuum cleaner from extreme temperatures. Recommended operating and storage temperatures are 32°F (0°C) to 95°F (35°C). Keep it in a cool and dry place;
  13. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to suck up water to avoid water entering the main unit and causing malfunction. When water enters the dust cup, turn off the vacuum cleaner immediately and empty the dust cup. Make sure the dust cup is completely dry;
  14. Dry after washing the brush roller completely before reinstalling;
  15. Timely clean attachments after use to prevent food residue, and cotton wool from rotting in them;
  16. Use only the cleaning brush supplied by the manufacturer to clean the dust cup filter. Do not use other steel or hard brushes;
  17. Keep the cleaning brush out of the reach of children to avoid injury. With a sharp blade, the cleaning brush is used to cut off entangled substances that are difficult to clean;
  18. It is recommended to empty the water tank after using the dual rotating electric mop brushes to prevent water from seeping and damaging the floor;
  19. Do not expose the dual rotating electric mop brushes to the sun or store it at a temperature below 0 °C, otherwise, it may cause product damage;
  20. Do not use the product to clean the same spot for a long time, otherwise, it may damage the main unit;
  21. Do not step on the vacuum head of the dual rotating electric mop brushes, otherwise, it may cause product damage;
  22. This product is not intended to use on carpets, otherwise, it may damage the product or the carpets;
  23. Two mop pads must be installed at the same time when using the dual rotating electric mop brushes, otherwise it may damage the floor.

Installation And Use

Installing mop pads and adding water

  1. With the furry side facing outward, align the mop pad center with the rotating plate center, then attach the mop pad to the rotating plate.
  2. Open the water tank plug above the water tank (open from left to right as shown in the picture);
  3. Then add clean water to the appropriate water level in a measuring cup;

Caution

  1. The cleaning performance will be reduced if the mop pads are not correctly attached to the rotating plates;
  2. Do not fill the water tank by putting it directly under the tap water;
  3. Do not add other stuff in the water tank to prevent blocking the water tank;
  4. Empty the water tank after cleaning the floor;
  5. Do not add water at temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Adding other liquids will cause damage to the inside of the product.

Adjusting the water output

  • Press the button to switch to Small Water Output mode, the “one water drop” icon on the left lights up. This mode is used to clean floors that cannot get severely wet or to reduce the water output amount.
  • Press the button again to switch to Large Water Output mode, the “two water drops” icon on the right lights up. This mode is used to clean stubborn stains or to increase the water output amount.
  • Press the button once again to switch to No Water (or Dry) mode, the water drop icons light off.

Caution

  1. The water drop icon lights are Off by default when the product leaves the factory. Please adjust the water output amount by pressing the Water Output Adjusting button;
  2. If the product may be stopped using for a long time, please switch the water drop icon lights to Off by pressing the Water Output Adjusting button to avoid malfunction;
  3. Before moving the appliance or when you need to dry mop the floor, please switch the water drop icon lights to Off by pressing the Water Output Adjusting button.

Do not place the silicone mount and the wall suction charging box vertically together

It is recommended to separate the silicone mount and the wall suction charging box on the left or right

Caution

  1. It is recommended to use on glass walls and ceramic walls; please keep the wall clean before installation, free of dust and impurities;
  2. The adhesive of the silicone fixing seat is a one-time-use item, if the wrong operation will cause damage to the wall;
  3. The silicone fixing seat cannot be arranged up and down with the wall suction fixing box of the vacuum cleaner, so as not to affect the use;

Cleaning And Maintenance

Manual cleaning

  1. Wet and wash the mop with water before use;
  2. Inserting the cleaning brush with a long wiping twin rotary electric rotating brush for cleaning the suction gray;

Caution

  1. To dry mop the floor, just install the pad and start mopping, no need to wet it;
  2. After cleaning the mop pads, be sure to thoroughly wring water out;
  3. Do not use the long cleaning brush to clean items other than the dual rotating electric mop brushes;
  4. Before using the long cleaning brush to clean the dual rotating electric mop brushes, make sure the appliance is turned off;
  5. Keep the long cleaning brush dry. Do not wet the brush when using it to clean the dual rotating electric mop brushes;
  6. After use, clean the long cleaning brush and dry it under the sunlight, to prevent mold and odor.

Cleaning using a self-cleaning station (optional)

  1. Take out the self-cleaning plate component.
  2. Add clean water into the self-cleaning bucket to the water line in the bucket.
  3. It is recommended to place the self-cleaning station ca. 75 mm away from the wall.

When the dual-rotating electric scrubbing brush is turned off and stopped rotating, put the dual-rotating electric scrubbing brush vertically into the correct slot of the self-cleaning base station, and fix the handle body on the silicone mount or wall suction charging box to keep it upright. Press the start button, the self-cleaning base station will be automatically cleaned and wiped dry, and then used after the cleaning is completed.rOIDMI-43200027

Caution

  1. Before putting the dual rotating electric mop brushes into the self-cleaning station, make sure that the electric mop is powered off and stops rotating;
  2. When using the self-cleaning station to clean, the water must not exceed the MAX water line, otherwise, it may cause damage to the appliance;
  3. Do not take out the dual rotating electric mop brushes before the self-cleaning station finishes cleaning, otherwise, it may cause damage to the appliance;
  4. Do not use paint thinner, products containing benzene or other corrosive solvents to clean the product, otherwise, it may cause discoloration or damage to the product surface;
  5. Do not use the self-cleaning station to clean items other than the dual rotating electric mop brushes;
  6. Do not touch the self-cleaning station with your hands when it is in operation to prevent injury.

Maintenance of self-cleaning station

  1. Take out the self-cleaning plate component and use a cloth to clean it. Clean the self-cleaning plate regularly to prevent hair entangling on a self-cleaning plate from blocking the water outlet.
  2. If the self-cleaning station may be stopped using for a long time, clean it and pour out the water in the self-cleaning bucket in time to prevent odor caused after long periods of time.

Caution

  1. Clean the self-cleaning station in time after use;
  2. Empty the self-cleaning bucket if it may be stopped using for a long time;
  3. Do not add foreign substances into the self-cleaning plate or the self-cleaning bucket.

Troubleshooting

When the dual rotating electric mop brushes cannot work normally, please troubleshoot by yourself or contact customer service to help with troubleshooting.
