Product Usage Instructions
- The Commander Clutch Mechanism is suitable for various applications such as offices, schools, hospitals, apartments, hotels/motels, residential, commercial, and public buildings.
- The exposed trim of the product is made of wrought brass, bronze, or stainless steel. The levers are Zinc casting and plated to match the trim finish.
- The product meets or exceeds the requirements of BHMA / ANSI A156.2 Series 4000, Grade 2 (FF-H 106C), with a durability of 400,000 cycles.
- Tactile and lead lining are available upon request.
- The Commander Series is available in different designs such as COM, 2-AT, 2-SPA, 2-AUG, 2-DAN, 2-LON, and 2-TAC.
- The product is available in various finishes including Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Antique Brass, Satin Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Polished Chrome, and Satin Chrome. Please refer to the price list for stock finishes and functions.
- To order the Schlage LFIC, use the following format: ICCOM (for COM lever in Schlage LFIC) 2-SPA / 2-AT / 2-AUG / 2-DAN / 2-LON / 2-TAC. For example, an entrance function with a US26D finish will be ICSC2-SPA00 US26D.
- To order the Corbin / Russwin, Sargent, and Yale LFIC, specify the keyway: RUSIC (Corbin / Russwin Large Format IC), SARIC (Sargent Large Format IC), or YALIC (Yale Large Format IC).
- Choose the desired design: 2-SPA / 2-AT / 2-AUG / 2-DAN / 2-LON / 2-TAC. Please note that Yale LFIC is only available in 2-AT and 2-SPA lever designs.
- Example format for ordering: ICCOM00 ANSI: F109, ICCOM03 ANSI: F84, ICCOM05 ANSI: F86.
For different lock functions:
- Entrance/Office Lock: Turn/Push button locking. Pushing and turning the button locks the outside lever, requiring the use of a key until the button is manually unlocked.
- Pushing the button locks the outside lever until unlocked with a key or when the inside lever is turned.
- Classroom Lock: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by lever from either side, except when the outside lever is locked from the outside by a key.
- When the outside lever is locked, the latch bolt is operated by turning the inside lever.
- Storeroom Lock : Deadlocking latch bolt operated by a key in the outside lever or by rotating the inside lever. The outside lever is always fixed.
The product is compatible with Large Format 6 Pin Interchangeable Cores that
are compatible with Schlage 6 Pin Interchangeable Cores.

BACKSET
- 2 ¾” Standard, 2 ⅜”, 3 ¾” and 5” optional.
LATCH FACEPLATE
- 2 ¼” x 1 ⅛”, adjustable for flat or beveled doors ⅛” in 2”, for 2 ¾” backset. Optional 2 ¼” x 1” for 2 ⅜” backset.
EXPOSED TRIM
- Wrought brass, bronze, or stainless steel, levers are Zinc casting and plated to match the trim finish.
STRIKES
- ASA strike standard, “T” and full lip strike are available on request.
LATCH BOLT
- ½” Throw solid brass, reversible for RH or LH applications. UL Listed.

- 6 or 7-pin cores CORBIN / RUSSWIN, and 6-pin cores with SARGENT, in 2-AT, 2-SPA, 2-AUG, 2-DAN, 2-LON, and 2-TAC designs only.
