  2. Place your phone in the center of the charging surface (this aligns the charging coil in your phone with the coil inside the wireless charger).
  3. The thickness of the phone case should not exceed 3 mm for effective charging.
  4. Check whether the adapter is QC 3.0 fast charging.
  5. Check that the original charging cable is used.

If you can’t charge your device, try the following:

  1. When the output Type-C port cannot charge the external load, use other TypeC charging cables to test.
  2. Please check whether the indicator is on.
  3. Please check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger, the original iPhone adapter does not match the wireless charger.
  4. Please check your phone case thickness (<=3mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads will not be available

  1. Replace the cable connected to the wireless charger.
  2. Restart the device to be charged.

What should I do if the LED light is blinking and the wireless charging cradle won’t charge your device?

  1. Before using this wireless charger, make sure that your device supports Qi wireless charging.
  2. Check if you are charging with a 3.0 adapter.
  3. Check your device case for metal foreign objects. Magnetic and metal fittings can cause the LED to blink and prevent charging. The phone charges intermittently, or the indicator light flashes.
    – If the charging current is not enough, use an adapter with sufficient power above 9V/3A. Heating or not working while charging.
    – When charging wirelessly, it is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to heat up. If the wireless charger overheats or stops charging as a result, remove your phone and allow the wireless charger to cool before charging.
