Installation Instructions
- Power on the host device and all displays
- Connect the mini dock to a 1000Mbps Ethernet network, two USB 3.2 Gen2 peripheral devices, one USB-C Gen2 peripheral device, one USB 2.0 peripheral device and two displays with DisplayPort input.
- Optional: Connect a USB-C charging cable to the mini dock and a USB wall charger
- Connect the mini dock to a USB-C port on the host device
- Set the video resolution for each monitor on the host device
Troubleshooting Tips
- DisplayPort alternate mode (DP 1.2 or DP 1.4) must be supported by host device
- Check that the blue LED is lit solid
- Lower the video resolution of each monitor
- Test the connected cables on other equipment
- Try a different USB-C port on the host device
- Unplug all cables, reboot or restart all devices, and reconnect the cables
