Installation Instructions

  1. Power on the host device and all displays
  2. Connect the mini dock to a 1000Mbps Ethernet network, two USB 3.2 Gen2 peripheral devices, one USB-C Gen2 peripheral device, one USB 2.0 peripheral device and two displays with DisplayPort input.
  3. Optional: Connect a USB-C charging cable to the mini dock and a USB wall charger
  4. Connect the mini dock to a USB-C port on the host device
  5. Set the video resolution for each monitor on the host device

Troubleshooting Tips

  • DisplayPort alternate mode (DP 1.2 or DP 1.4) must be supported by host device
  • Check that the blue LED is lit solid
  • Lower the video resolution of each monitor
  • Test the connected cables on other equipment
  • Try a different USB-C port on the host device
  • Unplug all cables, reboot or restart all devices, and reconnect the cables
