Fryer Air Dual User manual
Thank you for choosing our air fryer. Before using this appliance and to
ensure its best use, please read the instructions carefully.
The safety precautions listed here reduce the risk of fire, electric shock,
and injury when followed correctly. Keep the manual in a safe place for future
reference, as well as the warranty, purchase receipt and box. If applicable,
give these instructions to the future owner of the appliance. Always follow
basic safety instructions and risk prevention measures when using an
electrical appliance. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for any
damage resulting from the user’s failure to follow these instructions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Basic safety precautions should be observed before using any electrical appliance.
- Never immerse the housing containing the electrical components and heating elements in water or rinse it under the tap.
- Do not allow water or other liquid to enter the appliance to avoid electric shock.
- Always place the ingredients to be fried in the fryer basket, to prevent them from coming into contact with the heating elements.
- Do not cover the air inlet and outlet openings while the appliance is in operation.
- Do not fill the frying basket with oil, as this may cause a fire hazard.
- Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is in operation.
- Check whether the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local network voltage in your country before connecting the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cord or the appliance itself is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced at an authorized service center by similarly qualified persons to avoid danger.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards that may arise. .
- Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children when the appliance is turned on or cooling down.
- Keep the main cable away from hot surfaces.
- Do not plug in the appliance or handle the control panel with wet hands.
- Only connect the appliance to a grounded wall outlet and always ensure that the plug is properly inserted into the wall outlet.
- Never connect this appliance to an external timer.
- Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as tablecloths or curtains.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances; Leave at least 10 cm of free space at the back and sides and 10 cm of free space on top of the appliance. Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than that described in this manual.
- Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
- During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings, keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and air outlet openings. Be careful of hot steam and hot air when removing the frying basket from the appliance.
- The surface under the appliance may become hot during use.
- Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appliance. Wait for the smoke to stop before removing the frying tray from the appliance.
- CAUTION:
- Place the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface.
- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Allow the appliance to cool for approximately 30 minutes before handling or cleaning it.
- Remove burnt remains from the appliance.
- This appliance is intended for normal household use only. It is not intended for use in environments such as staff kitchens, offices, farms or other work environments, or for customers in hotels or other similar environments.
- If the device is used incorrectly or if it is not used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual, the warranty becomes void and the seller declines any responsibility for any damage that may be caused.

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Make sure you remove all packaging materials.
-
Remove all stickers or labels from the appliance except the rating label.
-
Clean the frying basket thoroughly with hot water and a little liquid soap using a non-abra- sive sponge.
Note: You can also clean these parts in the dishwasher. -
Clean the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• When the air fryer is first heated, it may emit a slight smoke or odor. This is normal for many devices, this does not affect the safety of your device.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION FOR USE
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and level surface.
- Do not place the appliance on a non-heat resistant surface.
- Place the baskets in the fryer drawer.
- Do not fill the baskets with oil or any other liquid.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance, the air flow will be interrupted and affect the result of hot air frying.
SWITCHED ON
-
Plug the device into the power outlet, then it will beep. The device will go into standby mode and all the lights will turn off.
Note: Cooking zone 1 and zone 2 operate individually. -
Press the power button and the fryer screen will turn on.

Then press the button 1 either 2 You have to select the cooking zone you want to use.

With the buttons either select the temperature and cooking time. You can also press any icon to preset programs to cook different foods.

Once all the parameters have been selected, press the key and the fryer will start to work.
Temperature range.
-
The temperature control range of the fryer is 50-200°C, each click of the buttons either the temperature will increase or decrease by 10°C.

When the temperature is 200°C, if you press the key will return to a temperature of 50°C. Press the button at a temperature of 50°C and will return to 200°C.

In the process of temperature control, the digital temperature display will flash on the screen (will not flash during work), after flashing 3 times, the temperature will have been set.
Rank of time -
The setting time range is 1 to 60 minutes, each click of the buttons either the time will increase or decrease by 1 min.

When the display shows 60 min, if you press the the time will return to 01 min. At 01 min, if you press the button , the temperature will return to 60 min.

In the process of controlling the time, the digital time display will flash on the screen (it will not flash during work), after flashing 3 times, the time will have been set.
WORK BOTH AREAS AT THE SAME TIME

Press the power button , then press the zone one button 1 and select the cooking func- tion you want for that zone.
• You can adjust the time and temperature freely using the buttons either .
• You can also press any icon of the preset programs to cook different foods. -
After setting the function 1 , Press the button 2 and select the desired cooking function.

After setting the above program, press the button for the unit to start working.
• Each function will have its own default time and temperature.

POWER ON/PAUSE

After selecting the program you want to use, set the correct time and temperature, press the button , it will start flashing, after a beep sounds, the machine will start working.

During the operation of the machine, if you want to pause cooking, press the button , after hearing a beep the machine will pause and stop working. The button will start flashing.

During the operation of the fryer, if you press the button , it will beep and stop working, returning to standby mode.
Note: -
During operation of the fryer you can remove the cooking basket. The machine will stop working and you can check the cooking result or add more food if you wish.

Once the basket is inserted into the drawer correctly, the machine will continue working in the previously configured program.
END OF PROGRAM
- Once the working time has ended, the fryer will stop heating, the display will show 00 min. and some beeps will sound.
- The motor will continue to run for one minute after the cooking time is up, then it will go into standby mode.
DOUBLE COOKING
If you want to configure the same cooking in both zones, follow the following
steps:
- Place food in both areas.
- Set the parameters or program you want to use.
- Press the double cook button and the values set in the zone will be automatically set in zone 2.
- Then press the button and the fryer will start to work.
SYNC OFF
Before starting this function, configure the two cooking zones with the
desired cooking parameters:
- Place the food in basket 1.
- Program zone 1 by pressing the button 1 and select the parameters or program you want for this zone.
- Place the food you want to cook in basket 2.
- Program zone 2 by pressing the button 2 and select the parameters or program you want for this zone.
- Once the cooking parameters for each basket have been selected, select the sync off button. .
- Then press the button and the fryer will start to work.

Caution:
- Do not touch the cooking basket for approximately 30 minutes after use as it becomes very hot.
- Hold the basket by the handle only.
HOW TO USE
-
Connect the plug to a grounded outlet.
-
Place the ingredients in the cooking basket and then insert the cooking basket in the correct position inside the fryer.

Select the program you want and press the start/pause button to start cooking.
-
The screen will show the temperature and time. Temperature is the set temperature and time is the remaining working time. The program you have selected will flash on the screen.
Note: Some ingredients require stirring halfway through the preparation time. To shake the ingredients, you can remove the basket from the appliance by the handle and shake it.
You can then slide the basket back into the air fryer. -
After the established preparation time, a beep will sound and the fryer will stop heating.
You can remove the basket from the fryer and place it on a heat resistant surface. -
Check if the ingredients are ready.

If the ingredients are not ready yet, you can simply slide the cooking basket back into the air fryer and cook them for a few more minutes.

Once the food is cooked, empty the inside of the tray into a bowl or plate.
Advice: For large or fragile ingredients use a pair of tongs to remove ingredients from the basket. -
When one batch of ingredients is ready, the air fryer is instantly ready to prepare another batch.
Note: When you use the fryer for the first time, it may emit a slight
smoke or odor. This is normal and will soon disappear. It is essential to
ensure that there is sufficient ventilation around the fryer.
In addition to the preset programs, you can also use this fryer to prepare
other foods by setting the time and temperature of your choice. The following
table helps you select the basic settings for the ingredients you want to
prepare.
Note: Please note that these settings are for reference only. As
ingredients differ in origin, size, shape and brand, we cannot guarantee the
best configuration for your ingredients.
Because our fryer instantly reheats the air inside the appliance, briefly
removing the frying tray from the appliance during hot air frying hardly
disrupts the process.
TIPS
- Do not overfill the frying pan with food.
- Adding a small amount of oil to foods can make them crispier.
- Oil sprays are good for applying small amounts of oil evenly to foods.
- You can air fry frozen foods that can be baked in the oven.
- To make cakes, pies, or any food with filling or batter, you can place the food in a heat-resistant container and place it on the frying pan.
- Dry foods with marinades before adding them to the cooking basket.
- To reheat food simply set the temperature to 150°C for 10 minutes.
- It is better to add 3 minutes to the preparation time before starting frying if the appliance is cold.
PROBLEM SOLVING

of snackintended to be prepared in a traditional fryer.| Use oven-safe snacks
or lightly drizzle a little oil over the snacks for a crispier result.
I can’t slide the basket into the appliance
properly.| There are too many ingredients in the basket.| Do not fill the
basket beyond the MAX indication.
The basket is not placed correctly in the pot.| Push the basket down into the
fryer until you hear a click.
White smoke comes out of the appliance.| You are preparing ingredients that
are too greasy.| When too greasy ingredients are fried in the fryer, a large
amount of oil seeps into the basket. The oil produces white smoke and the
basket may get hotter than normal.
This does not affect the device or the final result.
The basket still contains traces of grease from previous use.| White smoke is
caused by the heating of the grease in the basket, make sure to clean it
properly after each use.
French fries are fried unevenly in the fryer.| You did not use the correct
type of potato.| Use the proper potatoes and make sure they stay firm during
frying.
You didn’t rinse the potatoes well before frying them.| Rinse the potatoes
properly to remove the starch from the outside.
French fries are not crisp when they come
out of the fryer.| The crispiness of French fries depends on the amount of oil
and water in the potatoes.| Make sure you dry the potato sticks well before
adding the oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier bite.
Add a little more oil for a crispier result.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Clean the appliance after each use.
- The frying basket, the rack and the interior of the appliance have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal cookware or abrasive cleaning materials to clean as this could damage the non-stick coating.
- Always remove the plug from the outlet and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning the fryer.
- After use, remove the cooking basket from the fryer for faster cooling.
- Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the basket with hot water, a little liquid soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
- You can use a washing liquid to remove any remaining dirt.
- Advice: If there is dirt stuck to the bottom of the basket, fill the tray with hot water and a little liquid laundry soap. Let soak for approximately 10 minutes to soften the dirt.
- Clean the interior of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove food residue.
Storage
- Always unplug the appliance and let it cool before storing it.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
- If you are going to spend a period without using the product, store it in a clean, dry place that does not have much humidity.
