OVERVIEW

PROZOR Digital Amplifier converts optical, coaxial, and digital audio signals into stereo analog audio signals and supports 192kHz/24bit HIFI stereo amplification. This helps users solve the problem of connecting different audio interfaces with analog amplifiers. It makes the music signal expression more natural and realistic, bringing it closer to the source sound quality. The amplifier provides a perfect music experience for the majority of music enthusiasts.

Connection Modes

1. Connect the audio source you need to use to the corresponding input interface (switch the input channel to Bluetooth when connecting to Bluetooth).
2. The passive speaker to be used is connected to the speaker interface (red connection +/ black connection -, R connection right speaker /L connection speaker).
3. Connect to official standard 24V/4.5A DC power supply (DC voltage shall not be higher than 30V).
4. Press the encoder knob to turn on the power and switch to the required input channel.
5. Turn the knob clockwise to adjust your desired volume level

Note

“Dolby/DTS” is not supported. When connecting optical coaxial audio input, set HD devices audio format to “PCM”.
Path Settings: device main page —. system settings —. image and sound —> sound settings—> digital audio output—> PCM.

When using TV optical out, set audio format to “PCM”.

Samsung TV path settings

• PCM format: Settings —-> Sound —-> Expert Settings —-> Audio Format —-> PCM
• External speakers: Settings —-> Sound —-> Select Speaker—-> Optical

LG TV path settings

1. PCM setting path: Menu —-> All Settings —-> Sound Out—-> Optical —-> Digital Sound Out —-> PCM
2. If you need to synchronize the output of the TV speakers and fiber: Menu —-> All Settings —-> Sound Out —-> Optical —-> Internal TV Speaker+ Optical

lf it does not compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, please go to TV audio settings and change the digital audio output from “auto” to “PCM”.

FAQ

1. No sound when connecting optical coaxial audio input?
   Please kindly set your devices such as HD TV, TV BOX, or game console into PCM audio before connecting optical/coaxial audio input. NOT support DTS Dolby ac-3 and other 5.1ch digital audio.PCM Setting Path: Device homepage —-> system setting —-> image and sound —-> voice setting —-> digital audio output —-> PCM

2. Can’t directly use the volume button of the TV remote control to adjust the output volume of POROZR Power Amplifier?
   The TV is connected to the sound system through the optical interface, so the volume button on the remote control cannot be directly used to adjust the output volume of the TV optical. (Whether the TV supports this feature depends on the TV itself) The TV optical output volume can be adjusted on the Settings of the TV system.
   For example, one of SONY’s TV setting path: Settings —-> sound Settings —-> advanced Settings —-> all —-> digital audio output volume

3. I have all the wires connected, but no sound output ?
   CD Check whether the POWER indicator is on or not. If ii is not on, turn on the key to start the machine. After pressing the power button, the indicator will still not go on. At this point, you can find one with the same voltage output power supply to test again.
   If the indicator light is on, check whether the VOL knob is in the minimum state; if it is in the minimum state, it will be normal when ii is rotated clockwise.
   If the above two points are normal, check whether the playback device of input audio source is paused, mute or at the minimum volume.

4. Why is the sound distorted ?
   You may be using passive speakers that exceed the design power of the unit. If the volume of the rear device is set to maximum and the front level is also set to maximum, distortion can easily occur. At this point, you just need to turn downthe volume of the front or rear level.

5. Why does the volume stay the same, but the volume is different when connected to different sources (such as a CD and then a mobile phone) ?
   The amplitude of the electrical signal varies from device to device. For example, a mobile phone is usually 0.35V and a CD is 1V. Natural sound levels are different.

6. Why is there a lot of electrical noise from the horn?
   If you are not using the original standard power supply, please replace the power supply and test again.Many power sources in the market have a large disturbance coefficient of the text wave, which will cause a large current sound.

7. Why does the speaker make a loud buzzing sound when I plug in the input cord and don’t play the audio source?
   Using a signal line that does not take shield empty load can allow interference signals to enter the amplifier and carry on amplification. If you hate this sound, ii is suggested that you replace the signal line that takes shield, or perhaps unplug the signal line.
