Product Information
The product model is CRVFAS-xxR-xx-9CCT-120-W. The product is a flush-mount luminaire. The input rating of the luminaire should be checked before installation. The product comes with the following items:

Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, ensure that the power is turned off at the fuse box to prevent electrical shock.
- Read all product labels and directions for safety warnings.
- Installation with J-BOX:
- Make sure the power is turned off at the source to the J-box where you are installing the product.
- Disassemble the surface mount cover (see Fig.1).
- Select the desired color temperature (CCT) level using the switch (see Fig.2).
- Insert screws into J-Box holes, leaving about 15mm of space between the screw heads and J-Box (see Fig.3).
- Wire the surface mount by connecting white to white and black to black. Secure each wire connection with a wire nut (see Fig.4).
- Lift the fixture to the ceiling and carefully tuck the wires into the J-Box. Align the keyholes on the surface mount with the screws, then twist the fixture until the screws engage the narrow end of the keyholes. Tighten the screws to secure the fixture (see Fig.5).
- Reassemble the lamp cover (see Fig.6). Caulk around the mounting surface edge with silicone sealant (see Fig.7).

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIXTURE. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. RAB fixture must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED. TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, POWER SHOULD BE TURNED OFF AT THE FUSE BOX BEFORE INSTALLATION.

- WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
- Installation should be performed only by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and relevant local codes. Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
- WARNING – To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to the edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
- INSTALLATION SHOULD ONLY BE PERFORMED AFTER THE POWER TO THE FIXTURE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.
- These instructions shall be included on an information sheet packaged with each unit:

WHAT’S IN THE BOX
TOOLS NEEDED
- Installation with J-BOX
A screwdriver is needed for installation.
INSTALLATION WITH J-BOX
- Make sure the POWER IS TURNED OFF at the source to the J-box in which you are installing the product.
- Disassemble the surface mount cover. (Fig.1)
- Select the desired CCT level using a switch. (Fig.2)
- Insert screws into J-Box holes, leaving about 15mm of space between the screw heads and J-Box. (Fig.3)
- Wire the surface mount, white-white, black-black. Once wire connections are made, secure each with a wire nut.(Fig.4)
- Lift fixture to ceiling and carefully tuck wires into J-Box. Align keyholes on the surface mount with screws, then twist fixture until the crews engage the narrow end of the keyholes. Tighten screws to secure. (Fig.5)
- Reassemble the lamp cover. (Fig.6)
Caulk around the mounting surface edge with silicone sealant. (Fig.7)
