Product Information

The PE 7000 Traverse de Levage Hydropneumatique 3T is a hydropneumatic rolling jack with a maximum lifting capacity of 3 tons. It is designed for lifting automobiles and has a lifting height of 375mm. The trolley gauge can be adjusted between 840-1200mm and the wheel beam gauge can be adjusted between 870-1400mm. The gas supply pressure required for operation is 6-8 bar.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the lifting jack, it is important to carefully read and follow the instructions provided in this manual.

Installation & Commissioning

Adjust the trolley gauge wheel to ensure smooth movement along the guide rail.
Place the trolley on the guide rail, either inside of the lift or ditch.
Ensure that the trolley moves easily along the guide rail and adjust the beam width to suit different types of automobiles.
Position the rubber buffer close to a reliable point on the automobile chassis.

Usage

Pneumatic Trolley:

To lift, press the lift button on the pump of the pneumatic trolley. This will activate the pneumatic switch and start the lifting process. The trolley will slowly lift with a “tutu” sound.
To lower, press the other side of the button and open the back oil switch according to the switch bar. Raise the hand-motion safety and control the speed of lowering by pressing the button.

Notes:

Before lifting, use slide-resistant triangle wood.
Pay attention to ensure that the safety pawl is completely disengaged during lifting.
Do not lift after reaching the second tooth.
During operation, position the trolley sliding roll inside the safety pawl.
Before lowering, slightly raise the lift to easily raise the safety teeth.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is required for the pneumatic components of the jack. Refer to the maintenance section of the manual for detailed instructions on maintaining and servicing the product.

Warranty
The product comes with a warranty, but there are exclusions. The warranty does not cover damages caused by operator error, poor maintenance, exceeding the recommended capacity, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or failure to comply with the instructions in the user’s manual. The product has a lifetime of 10 years and complies with EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 1494:2000/A1:2008 standards.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants the lift and the relevant accessories for 12 months after the purchase date. This warranty consists of the repair or replacement – free of charge – of those parts that, after a careful analysis by the Manufacturer’s Technical Service, turn out to be faulty from the origin. Warranty is limited to material defects, and becomes null and void if the returned parts are tampered with or disassembled by unauthorised staff. Any liability for direct and indirect injuries to people, animals or property due to machine failure or malfunction is excluded from the warranty. The expenses deriving from lubricant replacement, transport charges, and any customs duty, VAT and any other expense not specified in the supply contract are at the purchaser’s charge. The replacement and repair of parts under warranty, anyway, do not extend warranty terms. The purchaser will nevertheless be entitled to assert its rights on warranty, specified in the supply contract.

DISCLAIMER
Upon delivery, please check that the product has not been damaged during transportation and that the accessories coming with it are intact and complete. Any complaint shall be filed within 8 days after lift delivery date. Besides the cases envisaged by the supply contract, the warranty becomes null and void:

In case of a manoeuvre error caused by the operator. If the damage is caused by poor maintenance.
If the envisaged capacity is exceeded.
If the machine has been somehow modified, and the damage has been caused by such a modification, due to repair operations by the user without the authorisation of the manufacturer or after fitting non-original spare parts.
If the instructions described in the user’s manual are not complied with.

CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN THIS MANUAL BEFORE USING THE LIFT

APPLICATION & PERFORMANCE

Trolley jacks are secondary lift machines that are used as four-post lifts or scissor lifts. During operation, take the trolley on the guide rail that is inside of the four-post or scissor lift, also take it on the prepared guide rail which is on both sides of the ditch. The trolley has a pneumatic hydraulic pump or hand-motion hydraulic pump. Easily adjust to beam length and gauge wheel. The trolley is suitable for use in four-wheel positioning, vehicle tests, maintenance, mounting or dismounting tyres and for care on various types of automobiles.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

Adjust the trolley gauge wheel, and take the trolley on the guide rail (inside of lift or ditch), during trolley on the guide rail, it should be easily drawn, adjust the beam width to suit various types of automobiles, make rubber buffer close to reliable point of automobile chassis.

Pneumatic trolley:

During lifting press the lift button on the pump of the pneumatic trolley (press to the bottom, and open the pneumatic switch). The trolley is slowly lifting and making a “tutu” voice.
During lowering, press another side of the button (open the back oil switch according to the switch bar), and now raise the hand-motion safety, the speed of lowering is controlled by the rate and time of pressing the button.

Notes: Before lifting the slide-resistant triangle wood should be used.

During lifting attention should be pay to observe what the safety pawl is completely disengaged. Don’t lift after lift to second tooth.
During operation trolley sliding roll should be taken to inside of safety pawl.

Before lower, hang lift a little, for be easily raised safety teeth by used.

UTILISATION

If pneumatic trolley lifting or lowering is abnormal, adjust the adjustor of the switch outside of the pneumatic pump (relax the peg on the adjustor, rotary the adjustor.
Before joining the gas supply, install an oil and water separator (supplied by yourself) to keep the pneumatic pump used and normal use. The speed of the motor trolley is fast, and the speed of lift or lower is controlled by operation by pressing the button next space. All roller and pivot of the trolley should be added to engine oil once a week.

The maximum lifting capacity of the trolley is 3000kg, which forbidding lifting super heavy; if the operation is outside of the operation rule and the machine is damaged, the manufacturer hasn’t duty to maintain it.
