SAFETY RULES

  1. Always wear safety glasses
  2. Always make sure the trigger is not pulled before connecting it to the network.
  3. Disconnect from the network before performing any work on the machine.
  4. Always keep your tool clean and lubricated. Daily lubrication is essential to avoid internal corrosion and possible failures.
  5. Do not wear watches, bracelets or loose clothing when operating the machine.
  6. Use lightweight hoses to connect the tool to the mains or compressor.
  7. Do not overload the machine. Operate the tool at its optimal speed for maximum efficiency.
  8. Do not increase the air pressure above the recommended level, excessive overload can cause serious damage (physical and/or material).
  9. For safety reasons and to avoid possible damage to the machine/operator, always make sure that the machine has stopped before installing it after use.

AIR SUPPLY

  1. Make sure the trigger is in the «off” position before connecting to the air supply.
  2. You will need an air pressure of 6.2bar.
  3. Attention! Ensure that the air supply is clean and does not exceed 6.2bar during use. Excessive air pressure and impure air will shorten the life of the product due to excessive wear and tear and can be dangerous or even cause damage or personal injury.
  4. Purge the air network. The presence of water will damage the key (corrosion)
  5. Clean the filter weekly.
  6. The supply pressure must be increased to compensate for line losses (hose longer than 8 meters). The minimum pipe diameter must be 3/8″ and the fittings must have the same internal dimensions.
  7. Keep the hose away from heat, oil and sharp objects. Check the hose for wear and ensure that all connections are secure.

LUBRICATION

An automatic filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) is recommended (Fig4) because it increases the life of the tool… The lubricator must be regularly checked and filled with oil. Its correct setting is made by placing a sheet of paper next to the exhaust and holding the valve open for about 30 seconds. It is correctly adjusted when a slight oil stain accumulates on the paper. Excessive amounts of oil should be avoided.

In the event that it becomes necessary to store the tool for an extended period of time, it should provide for a larger amount of oil at that time. The tool must be operated for about 30 seconds to ensure that the oil has been distributed evenly throughout the tool. The tool must be stored in a clean and dry environment.

  • It is very important that the tool is properly lubricated by keeping the lubricator filled and correctly adjusted. Without proper lubrication, the tool will not operate properly and parts will wear prematurely
  • Use appropriate pneumatic oil. Use only recommended lubricants, specially designed for pneumatic applications. Substitutes can damage rubber compounds in tools and other rubber parts.

Important!!!!!
If a fi lter/regulator/lubricator is not installed on the air system, the pneumatic tools must be lubricated at least once a day or after 2 working hours with 2 to 6 drops of oil, depending on the working environment, directly through the male coupling.
Connection

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Attention! Be sure to read, understand and follow the safety instructions before use.

  1. Remove the protective cap (Fig 1)

  2. Screw the connection by hand (Fig 2) after applying Tefl on

  3. Add 2-3 drops of oil to the fi tting (Fig 3)

  4. Connect to the air source (Fig 4)

  5. Mount your socket (Fig 5)
Attention! Use only sockets specially designed for use with this tool.

  6. Check the direction of rotation briefl y before use.
    Three-point side: Tightening – One-point side: Loosening.

  7. Torque adjustment: The tightening torque consists of 3 steps (small to large circles). The loosening torque has only one adjustment.

    • DO NOT force the tool in any way to increase its working power
    • DO NOT idle the tool for an extended period of time.
    • Adjust the air compressor regulator to 6.3bar. Gently pull the trigger.

Using

Attention! Disconnect the key from the network before changing accessories or repairing damaged parts. Use only authentic parts. Unauthorized parts can be dangerous.

  1. Lubricate the key every day with a few drops of pneumatic oil

  2. DO NOT use worn or damaged sockets.

  3. The power loss or erratic use may be due to the following factors:
    a) Leak in the air network. Humidity or restriction in the air pipe. Incorrect size or type of connectors. Check the air network and follow the instructions.
    b) Dust / impurity deposits in the key can also reduce performance. If your model has a strainer, clean it.

  4. When not in use, disconnect, clean the key and store it in a safe, dry place out of reach of children.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Attention!
If any of the following symptoms occur during use, immediately stop using the tool, or serious injury may result. Only qualified persons or an authorized service center may carry out repairs… Disconnect the tool from the air network before any intervention. When replacing the seals or chamber, lubricate the tool with oil before reassembly

Issues Possible cause Solutions

The tool operates at normal speed but loses power under load

|

Twisted engine parts. The clutch is twisted or «stuck” due to lack of lubricant.

|

Lubricate the clutch housing.Check clutch oil level. The clutches only need to be half full. Overfilling can cause resistance on high speed clutch parts.
NOTE: An abnormal heating usually indicates insufficient grease in the chamber. Have a qualified service technician replace worn drive parts.

The tool works slowly. The air escapes slightly through the exhaust

|

Engine parts clogged with impurities. The controller is in the closed position. The air flow is blocked by impurities.

| Check the air inlet filter.Add oil to the tool via the air intake according to the instructions.•  Use the tool in short bursts, quickly reversing the direction of rotation from front to back.

The key doesn’t turn. Air escapes directly from the exhaust

|

One or more pallets are blocked due to the accumulation of impurities.

|

Add oil to the tool via the air intake according to the instructions.•  Use the tool in short bursts, quickly reversing the direction of rotation from front to back.Tap gently on the motor housing with a plastic mallet.Disconnect the power supply.Run the motor by turning the drive manually.

The tool does not stop| The trigger seal is out of its housing| Replace the seal.
Note: Repairs must be performed by a qualified person.
