Installation Instructions

1. Step 1: Loosen the six captive screws on the bottom of the DLK2S to remove the cover. Do not remove captive screws from the cover plate.
2. Step 2: Feed the cable through the cable gland while sliding the DLK2S to the spigot. Secure using U-Bolts with washers and M8 tube nuts. Proceed to connect wires as required. You can secure the cable using the plastic clamp.
3. Step 3: After mounting DLK2S to the spigot and wiring is complete, refit the bottom cover to finish installation.

Conductor Requirements

Gland Replacement

The cable gland can be replaced by other types of glands which have an M20 x 1.5mm mounting thread. We recommend Loctite 277 for a permanent bond.

Important Notes

• Primary use: conveyor light for commercial and industrial applications. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable, when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

• Loosen the six captive screws on the bottom of the DLK2S to remove cover.
  • NOTE: Do not remove captive screws from cover plate.

Step 2

• Feed the cable through the cable gland while sliding the DLK2S to the spigot. Secure using U-Bolts with washers and M8 tube nuts.

Proceed to connect wires as required.
You can secure the cable using the plastic clamp.

Conductor Requirements

• Conductor Size: 1 – 6mm2
• AWG: 17 – 10
• Strip Length: 11 – 12mm
• Cable OD Min/Max:  7mm/13mm

NOTE: Housing is earthed internally.

Step 3

• After mounting DLK2S to the spigot and wiring is complete, refit the bottom cover to finish installation.

GLAND REPLACEMENT

• The fitting is supplied with a stainless steel M20 gland to suit cable outer diameter 7 – 13mm. Cable glands are secured using Loctite 243.
• The cable gland can be replaced by other types of glandswhich have a M20 x 1.5mm mounting thread. We recommend Loctite 277 for a permanent bond.
