Product Information:

The product in question is the Ninebot eKickScooter, available in two models: C2 and C2 Pro. It is a lightweight electric scooter designed for riders aged 6+ (C2) and 9+ (C2 Pro). The scooter has a maximum payload of 110 lbs (50 kg) for C2 and 132 lbs (60 kg) for C2 Pro. It features a power button, electronic throttle,speedometer, error notification, Bluetooth connectivity, and various safety features. The scooter is IPX4 rated, making it resistant to water splashes. It is powered by a 2500mAh battery (C2) or a 5000mAh battery (C2 Pro) and has a nominal voltage of 21.6V (C2) or 25.2V (C2 Pro).

Product Usage Instructions

Power Button:
Press the power button to turn on the scooter. Hold the button for 2 seconds to power it off. When the scooter is on, press the button to turn the headlight on/off. Press the button twice to switch between speed modes. Press the button three times to turn on/off the ambient light.

Speed Modes:
The scooter has three speed modes: D (Standard mode), S (Sport mode), and E (Power-assisting mode). The top speeds for each mode are as follows:

Dashboard & Power Button

• Power Button: Press the button to power on the scooter; press and hold the button for 2 seconds to power it off. When the scooter is on,press the button to turn on/off the headlight, and press twice to switch between the speed modes.Press three times to turn on/off the ambient light.

• Speedometer: It displays the current speed of the scooter, as well as error codes.

• Speed Mode: There are three modes available. The top speed is as follows:

• Error Notification: It indicates that the scooter has detected an error.

• Bluetooth: It indicates that the scooter has been successfully connected to the mobile device.

• Temperature Warning: It indicates that the battery temperature has reached 55°C (131°F) or is below 0°C (32°F).
  At this point, the vehicle cannot accelerate normally and may not be charged. Do not use until the temperature has reverted to the normal range.

• Locking Reminder: When the icon lights up, it means the scooter is locked.

• Battery power: The total battery power equals 5 bars.
  The battery power is very low when the first battery bar is red. Please charge your scooter immediately.

1. Theoretical Range (for C2): tested while riding with a full battery, 110 lbs (50 kg) load, 77°F (25°C), 70% of max. speed on average on pavement.
   Theoretical Range (for C2 Pro): tested while riding with a full battery, 132 lbs (60 kg) load, 77°F (25°C), 70% of max. speed on average on pavement.
   Some of the factors that affect range include speed, load, number of starts and stops, ambient temperature, etc.
