Q. What is an ozone alert?

A.Ozone alerts in cities are a result of the high pollution levels of hydrocarbons produced by the burning of fossil fuels. When ultraviolet rays from the sun strike hydrocarbons, O3 is one of the by-products Ozone or activated oxygen is Nature’s sanitizer and is produced by Nature to combat air pollution. The more polluted the city is, the more ozone will be in the air.

Q. Is ozone safe?

A.YES! But moderation is the key. Ozone in very high concentrations is not necessary and can even be somewhat irritating. We recommend you set the O3 dial properly.

Q. Where should I place the ozone generator in my home or office?

A.The ozone generator should be placed in the central location of your home, preferably a big open area, such as a living or dining room. It is not designed for a single room use, however, if there is a particular room/area that needs to be sanitized, you can place the ozone generator there first for a few days until the problem has been corrected, and then return it to recommended location Place the unit at least 4 feet off the ground or higher for better performance.

Q. How long will the ozone generator last?

A.This ozone generator is made of high-quality materials with most scientific design. Because of the qualified materials and superior craftsmanship that go into each ozone generator, you will enjoy it for many years if it is maintained properly.

Q. Is it difficult to install?

A.No.Just plug it in and set the time from the timer you need the unit to work. For even quicker results, you can also consider placing the unit high up facing an air intake if your home features an air conditioning/heating system. O3 will then be evenly distributed.
