Product Usage Instructions

1. Before starting installation, ensure that you have the Hitron OS3411 Extender and one 5′ Ethernet cord.
2. Make sure you have a mobile phone device to download the Plume HomePass app.
3. Extender Placement Tips:
   • Place the extenders on inside walls to take advantage of the antennas inside the extenders.
   • Maximize WiFi coverage by placing extenders a maximum of 30-40 feet apart through walls.
   • Avoid placing extenders behind obstructions like furniture and appliances.
   • Turn off additional WiFi networks to avoid interference.
4. To install Plume HomePass:
5. Download the Plume HomePass app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
6. Create a Plume HomePass account using a valid email address.
7. Connect one extender to your modem using the provided ethernet cord.
8. Plug the extender into a power outlet.
9. In the Plume HomePass app, create a WiFi name and password identical to your old network.
10. Plug in and connect the rest of your extenders.
11. Turn off the WiFi on your old router to avoid interference.
12. Connect your mobile phone to your HomePass WiFi network.
