DPR SED Series Easy Dispenser for labels
Please keep the original packaging in case you need to return the unit. If we receive the system in non-original packaging, the warranty may be void
BOX OPENING AND PULL OUT THE DEVICE
Hold the box and slip the dispenser off.
PROCEDURE TO LOAD THE ROLL
Please insert the roll into the roll core holder and block the roll in through
the apposite roll blocking holder pressing it against the roll until the
springs start working.
NOTE: if during the working operations, the device dispenses more than
one label or has difficulty unrolling, please move the holder increasing or
decreasing its pressure.
PROCEDURE TO DISPENSE
- Please open the dragging roller and let the backing paper slide between the 2 rollers.
- Close the dragging roller, then push the black button to help the advancing of the backing paper up to the reaching of the backing paper rewinding holder
- Please fasten the backing paper to the backing paper rewinding holder using the fork.
- The knob allows to set up the length of the label to be dispensed.
PROCEDURE OF OPERATION
- By pushing the black button “yellow led on”, the advancing is manual.
- By pushing the green button “green led on”, the advancing is automatic.
- By pushing again the green button “yellow led on”, the advancing is automatic again.
Please spin the knob to set up the length of the label to be dispensed.
Sensor Test: dispenser off, press and hold the button at the yellow led and
turn on the dispenser.
Green led on: TEST OK Yellow led on: Adjust the sensor.
N.B. With label in front of the sensor, the yellow LED should be on.
ATTENTION: The sensor is already adjusted by our technicians. Use this
procedure if you have special labels that are not read by the sensor.
